the problem with Ogura, is that he is too emotional.

In this era, where those who could read and those who could study is scant, where knowledge is only held by the few, Aeryon who has the history of thousands of years in his back could be said an educated ruler and sages.

If he was born in Yan, he probably would find other way to capitalize in huis knowledge. But born in the great Stpepe, he must choose a different thod
