The four chief was Aeryon of Brolgadhr, Dama of Esbizuk, Valgrun of Khagai and Karnain of Sordkazan
Out of that four, only two of them now can use this rallying cry. Because while four of them are worthy, only two could realistically raise this banner of avenging the past and attacking Yan
Valgrun of Khagai is one of the western border tribes.
Even before he attacks Bolghar tribe and triumphed over the Bolghar, he is bound by the oath of the western border tribes
Valgrun of Sordkazan could theoretically raise this banner.
But the power of his tribe is too small.
He himself is approaching old age.
The Kazan tribe itself is still fighting against each other at that ti and when Esbizuk tribe destroy the Kazan tribe, Sordkazan has taken the banner of restoring the Kazan tribe.
And now he seeks protection under the umbrella of the Brolgadhr tribe.
Even though, he is not a vassal tribe of the Brolgadhr tribe, the Sordkazan tribe relies on Brolgadhr tribe a lot and he is in inferior ally.
He is the forward guard, a tribe that is allowed to exist to curb the Esbizuk encroachnt toward the west.
So, he could not raise this banner, and he is not worthy to raise this banner
That leaves only two people.
Dama has long raised this banner, and he won many people to his side.
And Aeryon also use this banner when it is necessary.
And now, in this coronation of his, he would make sure to everyone that he would do what all great overlords of the Steppe that has risen from the Southern Great Steppe has failed to do.
Ashana Angah, who is on the stage, heard so of the audience cry and sobs amidst the cheers of Aeryon is worthy
Ashana Angah could see even through this conflicting and contradiction of emotion of the people, the luck of the Brolgadhr tribe is getting stronger

“When I think about all of these lives being slaughtered like this, I look at the stars and ask the Skyfather, are we the barbarians, or is it them? They have better clothes, but we have the better hearts!”
“The soldiers of Yan cloak themselves under the guise of righteousness as they slaughter children, woman, old people. And they say that we are animals judging us by their standards.”
Ashana Angah paused again and closes his eyes. Ashana has always been a great orator.
It is for this reason that Ashana is known to dodge many deadly calamities with words. In the Steppe they use their mouth to expound so truth

And then after a few second of silence, he sighed.

“An Ashana is a seeker of truth. A rchant seeks to benefit himself. A farr seeks to draw the blessing of the Earth. A shepherd relies on their livestock. The hunter seek life from the art of the warrior”
He spoke of the responsibilities of people in a way everyone could understand and relate.
“Everyone here is ruled by their chief. A good chief protects their people from invaders, made them full at night, bring them prosperity. In a tribe ruled by a good chief, the Ashana could seek their truth, a rchant could benefit himself and his tribe, a farr could farm and get the gains of the Earth, the shepherd could rear their livestock without worry, the hunter could get full and impart their art to the next generation”
Even though Ashana Anagha did not say who is a bad chief and who is a good chief everyone could hear the implication of the words
All of the list of traits of a good chief, isn’t this sothing that Aeryon has achieved?
“A khan is an old title from the ti of the ancient empire. At tis, it reached the level of Qayan in importance”
Angah first explain to the people that did not know what the title of Khan signifies
“A title must co with responsibilities. An Ashana title has the responsibilities to seek the truth so one would not taint that title. A rchant seek profit, but those rchants who are wise would seek profit not only for himself but for the world, winning both good life and good reputations”
“A farr could feed himself but could also feed the world. A shepherd could learn the art of shepherding animals, and bring food for their tribes, contributing to the tribe in a way a warrior could not”
“A hunter ends a life and could save another with food in his hand. Every title has a responsibility to live up to the title that they are given.”
“A Khan then should raise their arms to protect the people under them. Under a Khan, the people should be strong. They should be prosperous. But a Khan alone could not change the world”
“The people should support such Khan, and the Khan should protect the people. This is the oath that every Khan must take!’
Unlike before, Ashana Angah spoke slowly so that everyone could hear what he is saying and digest what he is saying.
After finished speaking he did not continue but let the silence settle, letting the people to make sense what he is saying
And then as the sound of the wind whistles, the grass on the plains sways, the clouds in the skies moves, Ashana Angah then ask a question
“I believe that such a person is soone who is worthy of the title of Khan.” He paused for a second and then added
“Do you all believe and want such a Khan?”
For a mont there was silence.
And then soone shouted
“I believe”
“I want!”
Such words are sparse in the beginning but then increasingly more of such shout could be heard.
“Aeryon son of Rakarys, could you bear this belief and desire?”
Aeryon shouted
“I would bear it”
Ashana Angah nodded and then he looks at all the people in the audience, and the audience is also looking at him
He smiles and nods three tis. Then he looks at the skies and everyone at the sa ti follow his gaze and look at the sky.
For a mont there is only silence in this plain
Then Ashana Angah looks back down, looking at Aeryon
“The Skyfather wills it”
“Today, under the blessing of the people, looking at the achievent of your ability, looking at your treatnt of the people of the Steppe, I am honoured to present you the title of Khan”
Then Ashana Angah looks back at the people in the audience
“Let the people rember this day and rember your words and acknowledgnt of this person!”
Ashana Angah put the crown on his head and then the entire audience erupt in cheers.
HOOH!
HOOH!
Aeryon smiles.
He did it.
He got up, the crown already on his head and look around
“The seed has been planted” he thought to himself.
And soday, this seed would germinate
