The monster stood before , its body a grotesque mass of twisted limbs. Its green, glowing eyes pierced through the shadowy night as it growled low,

My heart pounded in my chest as I faced it, sweat trickling down my back.

"Am I really supposed to fight with this creature?"

This wasn't just a bad dream—this was real.

"Austin, you can do this!" Lily called from behind ,

"What if I can't? And die again??"

My mind was racing with another fucked up scenerio

"You won't." said Lily, her voice steady but urgent. "There's an imnse power inside of you. You need to tap into it."

I stumbled, feeling the weight of her words press on . Imnse power? I wasn't even sure what I was capable of anymore. But as the monster snarled and dug its claws into the ground, I didn't have ti to question anything.

The creature roared and charged forward, its claws slashing through the air.

"The fuck."

—I jumped to side, barely managing to escape, evading the attack by inches. My foot slipped as I landed, causing to stumble to the ground. My body felt heavy, my mind clouded with doubt.

"Focus, Austin!" Lily's voice rang out again. "You can't let it overwhelm you. Find the energy!"

I gritted my teeth and tried to calm my racing heart. I didn't know what she ant by energy or power, but I could feel sothing—sothing deep inside that was just waiting to be unleashed. I closed my eyes for a brief second, trying to tap into it.

Suddenly, I felt it—the blue aura from before. It surged through my veins like lightning, making my body feel lighter, faster.

"Hufff*..." with a deep breathe, I opened my eyes, and everything around seed to slow down.

The monster's next attack ca at , its massive claw swiping toward my chest, but this ti, I can see it all.

"I can see it." I said to myself

I evaded it one by one and was getting adapted to its movents. Jumping around and blocking it with my bare fist alone.

I smiked and started to enjoy the thrill of it

"You seem to be having fun Master."

"Hehehe. This is so cool."

Soon then, the creature lost itself in anger and made a loud groan before jumping towards and raising it's claw in the air

"Aaaaarrghhhhh!!!!!!!!"

Without thinking, I leaped into the air, twisting my body mid-spin. The creature's claws sliced through the space where I had been standing, but I was already above it. My body moved fluidly, my muscles tightening as I raised my fist, charged with the blue energy that humd around .

"Take this!" I shouted, my voice echoing as I brought my fist down with all my strength.

The impact was imdiate. My fist slamd into the creature's back, sending shockwaves through its body.

"Aaaeeeeeeeeeerghhh!!!" The monster let out a deafening screech as its form began to fracture.

The blue energy surged from my hand, tearing through the creature's very essence.

THUD* The creature landed on the ground with a big hole on its back. It was trying to stand but couldn't.

And with one final screech, the creature disintegrated into nothingness, its body dissolving into black mist that scattered into the night air.

I landed on the ground, panting, my chest heaving as the adrenaline coursed through my veins. I stared at the empty space where the creature had stood just monts ago, my heart still racing from the fight.

Clap* Clap*

Lily stepped forward, clapping her hands softly, her eyes gleaming with pride. "Well done, Master. That was impressive."

I looked down at my hands, still glowing faintly with the blue aura. "I… I did that?" I muttered, disbelief washing over . It felt surreal—like I had just tapped into sothing otherworldly.

"You did," Lily said, her voice calm but filled with admiration. "You've barely scratched the surface of your power, Austin."

I flexed my fingers, watching as the blue light slowly faded. The weight in my chest lifted, and a smile crept onto my face. "That felt… incredible," I admitted. "I've never felt anything like this before."

Lily's expression turned serious as she crossed her arms. "Let introduce you to your mystics," she said, her voice carrying a tone of authority. "We are called the Shadow Mystics. My code na is Alpha. And you, Austin, are our leader—who is called as Zero."

"Zero?" I echoed, the

"There's a reason you were brought into this world, Austin. You're not just so random person who ended up here by chance. You're the key to saving this world."

I shook my head, still struggling to believe it. "But why ? I'm no one special."

Lily placed a hand on my shoulder, her grip firm but comforting. "You were chosen through a ritual that identifies those with the potential to wield this power. You may not realize it yet, but you have what it takes to be our leader. The Shadow Mystics need you, and so does this world."

Before I could respond, I heard a rustling noise behind . I turned around, only to be tackled to the ground by a blur of movent.

"Master!!!" a high-pitched voice exclaid as I felt soone—or sothing—hugging tightly from behind. I turned my head slightly and saw a girl with cat ears, her long tail swishing back and forth in excitent.

She was dressed in a black tank top and denim shorts, her boots digging into the ground as she hugged tightly.

She pushed so hard that I fell on the ground as she lay over my body

"I sll Master! I missed you!" she squealed, her face pressing against mine as she clung to like a lost kitten. Her boobs are huge and she licked on my face from every possible side.

I blinked, my mind still trying to catch up. "Who—?"

"Beta!" Lily scolded, sounding both annoyed "Calm down! I'm in the middle of explaining things."

Beta ignored her and continued hugging , her arms wrapped tightly around my neck. "But it's Master! I've been waiting for him for so long!" she whined, licking my cheek with her tongue in a playful manner.

Before I could react, Lily stepped forward and grabbed Beta by the back of her tank top, lifting her off of like a misbehaving cat. Beta flailed her arms in protest, her tail twitching angrily.

"Aaaah! Alpha, don't be so an!" she cried, throwing a tantrum as Lily held her in the air.

I pushed myself up from the ground, shaking my head in disbelief. "Beta?" I muttered, still trying to process the scene.

Lily sighed and set Beta down, who imdiately crossed her arms and pouted. "Yes, this is Beta. She's… enthusiastic," Lily explained. "But she's also one of our strongest fighters."

"Master! I'm so happy to see you!" Beta exclaid, bouncing on her heels as she ran toward again, her eyes sparkling with excitent.

I raised my hands in a gesture of surrender, still unsure how to deal with this overly affectionate cat-girl. "Uh… it's nice to et you, too?"

I said patting her head.

Before I could say anything else, I noticed more figures standing in the distance.

"Hmm?" I turned my head and saw five more girls watching us from a few feet away. Each of them had a unique aura, their eyes fixed on with curiosity and expectation.

"These are the rest of your Shadow Mystics," Lily said, stepping forward with a proud smile. "They've been waiting for your awakening, Master."
