After Maguire’s explanation, Baron had a rough idea of what had happened.

When the others asked how, without knowing any of this, he had managed to knock the fat supervisor down at the first opportunity,

Baron was silent for a mont before saying, "If you opened a door and saw a ferocious-looking fat man of at least 300 pounds charging at you like a cannonball, you’d have reacted even faster than I did."

Maguire stared blankly for a second, then nodded in deep agreent.

Then, Baron looked at the fat supervisor collapsed on the ground, glanced around at the others, and asked:

"Alright, what do we do with this guy now?"

Maguire glanced at the Little Nun sleeping soundly on the bed and said angrily,

"What else? End it once and for all. Kill him!"

Zod took a sip of his drink. "Before we kill him, take everything valuable to buy more wine. And we need to clean this up properly. He’s Clergy, after all. We have to make it look like heretics did it."

Baron nodded. ’That makes sense.’

"So how do we stage it?"

Zod took another sip. "I don’t know."

Baron: "..."

Just then, the Blood Loss Knight, Morey, who had been silent all this ti, spoke up. "That’s too cruel. I have a way we can get revenge without having to take a life."

Baron’s spirits lifted. "I’m all ears."

Morey said, "As it happens, there’s a pig farm nearby."

...

A short while later, Baron, Zod, and Maguire watched as the fat supervisor, who had been fed an aphrodisiac and stripped naked, shouted a certain Nun’s na in the pigpen while going at it with any pig he could catch. They felt that "cruel" was no longer a strong enough word to describe the scene.

anwhile, the Blood Loss Knight, Morey, had found an Intern Wizard from sowhere and had him use a Magic Card to record the mont the fat supervisor beca the "Pig Knight."

After paying for the photos, he dismissed the Wizard and the herd of pigs, then splashed a bucket of cold water on the fat supervisor, waking him from his lust-fueled illusion.

The fat supervisor shook the water from his face. The mont he realized what had happened, threats were already spilling from his mouth.

Maguire stepped forward and kicked him to the ground. Baron stomped on him, Zod grabbed his hair, and Morey knelt down, holding the photos, and pointed at them for the fat supervisor to see.

"If you don’t want everyone in Fude City to know that you Fxxk’d a pig in this many positions, then you will..."

Morey glanced around at the others, then held up four fingers. "Prepare four Gold Coins and four beds in the church."

"And the best wine!" Zod added.

Morey nodded, then growled at the pale-faced supervisor, "Did you hear ?"

Spit splattered on the supervisor’s face, but he didn’t even dare to wipe it off, just nodded repeatedly to show he understood.

At that mont, Baron chid in, "The key to the church library... you’re in charge of that too, right?"

...

In the small dorm room.

The Little Nun had woken up. She sat on the edge of her bed, at a complete loss, watching the once arrogant supervisor kneeling on the floor, kissing the ground before her feet and begging for her forgiveness.

She still hadn’t understood what had happened.

’How did Maguire, Zod, and that boarder, the Blood Loss Knight Morey, end up here too?’

After Maguire coughed and explained what had transpired, the Little Nun’s face instantly turned pale. The supervisor’s kisses to the floor beca even more frequent.

"Don’t worry, Sister," Morey said. "This is the punishnt he deserves."

"Besides, just as Mr. L said, we Knights and Demon Hunters lodging at the church will protect you."

The Little Nun tried to remain calm. She looked around and asked the question she had been wanting to ask, "Where is Mr. L?"

"The library. He’s in the library."

This ti, the answer ca not from any of the three n, but from the supervisor on the floor.

He lifted his head, his bruised and swollen face twisted into a fawning, sycophantic expression. "Mr. L is in the library."

Zod, growing impatient, slamd his head back to the floor with his foot. "You! Didn’t you swear to the Blood God that for every Nun you’ve had in this place, you’d kiss the ground a thousand tis?"

"You’ve only just hit three thousand. You’ve still got two hundred and eighty thousand to go!"

The fat supervisor wanted to cry but had no tears left.

He was filled with imnse regret. ’I never should have let my lust for the Little Nun get the better of .’

’No wonder the Priest is only interested in little boys.’

’Girls are definitely more trouble than boys.’

「Fude City’s Blood Church Library.」

Baron wandered around for a while. He couldn’t find the *Traveler’s Journal* he was looking for, the one said to contain the secrets of the Blood Faction Demon Hunters. However, he did find a copy of *Finn’s Notes*, the sa book he’d seen back in the Mundra Blood Church.

It was written by so fellow nad Finn and was ant to introduce the local customs, anecdotes, and lore of Prole.

Baron opened it and saw that this version was just a fragnt, only a dozen or so pages long.

It described Finn’s travels through Prole, how he t a beautiful Fairy youth in the Fairy Forest in the heart of the Continent, and how they traveled together for a ti.

Interspersed were observations about the kingdoms, towns, and cities he visited. The story ended with him parting ways with the beautiful Fairy youth and traveling south alone to Gillian, planning to retire.

Still, Baron found a few points that piqued his interest.

According to Finn, the beautiful Fairy youth traveled with him because he wanted to see the world outside the Fairy Forest, a world he had never known.

But in the journal, Baron noticed an interesting thing the beautiful Fairy youth had said when he first t Finn. He had said:

"Ever since the King left, the Fairy Race has no longer been content to live only under the protection of the Law."

’Who is the King? The Elf King of the Fairy Race, who wields the Law? He left?’

Unfortunately, the notes didn’t specify the exact ti, otherwise Baron might have been able to cross-reference it with *The Prole Era* from the shelf and deduce sothing.

But what Baron found even stranger was that the writing style of this *Finn’s Notes* was different from the one he had seen in Mundra. It was as if it had been written by a different person.

Although it also recorded the countries Finn had traveled through, not only was the content completely different from the previous volu, but the route and tiline were completely different as well.

’Could it be that Finn is a Gold-rank master who has lived for many years?’

’Did he write these notes on his journey, and just toss them into a church when he was done, not caring if anyone ever saw them?’

’I’ll have to ask soone about it later.’

Baron didn’t dwell on it. He put the notes back and continued searching the church shelves for the *Traveler’s Journal*, which, as he suspected, should contain the secrets of the Blood Faction Demon Hunters.

Sure enough, after a bit of searching, he actually found it.

Just like the one he had seen in the Mundra Blood Church, it was covered in dust and fastened with a lock.

Baron looked at the journal with a complex expression, but it wasn’t one of joy.

’Talk about convenient.’

’Is my luck really this good?’

Deeply aware that he was in a world of supernatural powers, and that many people wanted him dead, Baron imdiately sensed that sothing was wrong.

But if pressed to say what was wrong, he couldn’t put his finger on it.

He glanced at the [Lucky Goddess Necklace] at his waist, confirming that it wasn’t activated.

’Sothing’s strange.’

’But I can’t figure out what it is.’

Baron frowned, but ultimately decided to just go with the flow.

’The most pressing matter right now is to improve my own strength. There are plenty of people plotting against ; what’s one more?’

’Everyone has to die eventually. The important thing is how you live.’

With that thought, Baron’s mind relaxed. He opened the journal.

A single line of large text greeted his eyes:

[A Feasibility Study on the Bronze Ceremony for the Advancent of Blood Faction Demon Hunters.]
