I got out of bed and limped my way towards it, staring at the stars floating on its surface for a while, finding the sight of it oddly beautiful.

I then reached out my hand and tried to poke it with a finger, wondering if anything would happen and I wasn't disappointed as the white dots seed to react to my touch and floated towards my finger.

Soon enough, there was a crowd of the white dots gathered around my index finger.

When I lifted my finger, the dots on the egg shot back to where they had been before, acting as though nothing happened.

I lifted my other hand and tried to poke it with two fingers this ti.

The surface of the egg remained the sa as well so it didn't look like it was going to hatch imdiately.
