As usual, we took an escort Request to guard a caravan heading towards Asttol City before leaving Billgaw City.

This ti, we were simply guarding a rchant family going there to do business.

I was just about to consider if I should reach up and pat her head when Katsuki ca close to and whispered, "Mistress… I sll monsters up ahead… I believe it's Goblins."

Ugh… Why are the roads always so unsafe when we're using it?

I nodded at her, "Could you take a few of the others with you and take care of them before they spot us?"

It's only because Millie is here and I thought that it wouldn't be a good idea to let her witness the slaughter of so Goblins or else I would have just waited until the monsters reached us before killing them.

Katsuki seed to have also understood why I had chosen that and did not protest against it.

With that, my Inugami maid then disappeared from view and Millie noticed imdiately.

Sure enough, not even a few seconds passed and Katsuki had reappeared beside , looking completely normal like she hadn't just ran ahead to kill so Goblins.
