The process to obtain the visitation permit was actually pretty easy.

They then assigned to a ’tour group’ that was organised to head towards the outskirts of the castle that was scheduled to depart in ten minutes.

There were four of us including with a female Yoblin and a futa and female Mahun couple.

I only knew they were even a couple and one of them was a futa simply because we had to wait for our guide and the female Mahun went ahead to go down on her lover without any prompting.

Honestly... Watching them also made a little turned on and I almost went to a corner to get Eins to calm down.

We reached the front gate and the guards stopped us to check our visitation permits before letting us through without much problems.

She turned to us with a bright smile, "Welco to the upper district! The people who live here are usually the really rich or people involved with the royal court including ministers and generals. Right now we’re in the common area of the district so the buildings here are mostly businesses and private and public offices. If you see any stores you are interested in, we will co back later and you can pay them a visit too~"

I looked around and sure enough, the buildings around us were mostly shops and this part of the district seems accessible to the locals of the lower districts too.

The shops here reminded of the high class shops in the noble district as well, so clearly these places were designed to serve the upper class clientele.

I guess that’s why they allow outsiders to visit since their hos were technically not here anyway. And these stores would definitely welco the additional business that visitors would bring them so it’s no wonder that they allowed us in.

Miyu gestured down the road, "Now, since we have three first tirs here, I assu all of you are interested in taking a look at the castle up close?"

Both the Mahuns and I nodded while the Yoblin was obviously not as interested, most likely having already seen it before or just genuinely disinterested in it.

We headed in the direction of the castle, passing by the shoppers that were busy making their purchases of the day.

Along the way, Miyu continued to act the part of our enthusiastic guide as she pointed out the various landmarks of the upper district.

I hadn’t thought about this but they had used each of the large trees growing within the city as a landmark itself, going so far as to na the streets after them.

So you could tell your friend to et you at the Winding Wood tree and they would know which specific tree to find you at.

When I asked what the process was for a non-citizen to purchase a property here, Miyu basically told that the properties within the upper district were reserved for people who work in the Kingdom’s governnt.

So even if you were filthy rich, you wouldn’t be able to live in the upper district unless you work here.

I guess it was the sa with Lehcarouc Kingdom anyway so that was not a surprise.

We finally reached the castle and... Well... If you were expecting us to be allowed into the castle, you would be sorely disappointed.

Miyu had led us in front of another pair of trees that had more guards watching over it with the path leading directly to the castle itself.

"And that’s the castle everyone! Isn’t it a marvel?"

The futa Mahun looked confused and tilted her head at our guide, "Are we not going inside?"

Miyu scratched her cheek, "Ah... That’s a common misunderstanding. Outsiders are only allowed to see the castle from a distance, not head inside. The castle is still being used by the Royal Family after all and if we allowed anyone to head inside, it would be a potential security risk. But we are still allowed to be this close to it!"

The female Mahun raised her hand slightly, "Are there events that might allow the public to visit the castle’s interior?"

"Ah... I’m afraid not. Even during festivals, the castle itself is a restricted area..."

I don’t know about you... But now I’m a bit suspicious of what the motives of these two were since they seem to really want to go inside the castle.
