The Seventh Great Taboo, when applied to the Light of Truth, didn't act on the opponent but directly on the Forbidden Light, endowing it with skill characteristics.
Even so, the Light of the Doomsday Furnace still lted part of the Forbidden Light, illustrating just how terrifying the Light of the Doomsday Furnace was.
With several layers of Forbidden Light gone, it was about to hit the Scorching Sky Demon King's chest when his body suddenly split into two, allowing the Forbidden Light to pass through the gap.
After the Forbidden Light passed completely, the divided body of the Scorching Sky Demon King rged back together. One set of arms ford a peculiar hand seal, and instantly a flaming dragon burst out from between the hands, roaring like a True Dragon toward Li Xiu.
Li Xiu did not retreat. Facing the roaring dragon, he fired another shot, this ti an ordinary Forbidden Light without additional skills.
The orange-red beam collided with the roaring dragon, creating a terrifying explosion. The shock wave lifted the underlying magma hundreds of ters, expanding out like a massive golden-red doughnut.
The strike was evenly matched; the dragon and the Forbidden Light shattered simultaneously. But in the next mont, the broken dragon reford and continued to engulf Li Xiu.
"A top-tier Light of Truth is indeed extraordinary," Li Xiu remarked, as the dragon drew near. Without retreating, he wielded the Forbidden Cannon and fired directly at the dragon's face.
For this shot, Li Xiu used the "undying" from The Seventh Great Taboo, a standard Undying Bullet capable of repairing injuries.
When applied to the Forbidden Light, the undying made it possess the undying and indestructible characteristic.
The red beam collided with the dragon; the dragon shattered, and the red beam, under the dragon's fla light, continued to lt into liquid. But the strength of the Forbidden Light wasn't diminished, and the lted portion swiftly recovered.
Until the dragon was shattered, the Forbidden Light continued as if untouched, and shot toward the Scorching Sky Demon King.
