"Take care of yourself." After saying that, A Fei activated the Abstention Skill, and his chain-bound body disappeared.

Seeing A Fei vanish, Li Xiu finally breathed a sigh of relief. Abstention truly was a Divine Skill, capable of escaping even such a place.

As A Fei disappeared, the chains gradually retracted, and the stone pillar began to slowly sink.

With no more worries, Li Xiu aid the Forbidden Cannon at the Scorching Sky Demon King, whose massive body was half-erged from the lava lake, and fired a shot.

An orange-red beam pierced through the void instantly, creating shockwaves, and in a flash, reached the Scorching Sky Demon King.

The Scorching Sky Demon King's two faces were extrely bizarre; it wasn't like one face in front and one at the back, but rather both faces were at the front.

His face split down the middle, with one face on the left and one on the right, as if two faces were compressed and squeezed together.

Four eyes lined up, with two noses and two mouths also lined up symtrically.

As the Forbidden Light ca crashing down, the Scorching Sky Demon King's two faces displayed a strange smile, raising four arms, forming a circular imprint with four palms, instantly turning into a fla-like circular light ring.

Li Xiu's Forbidden Light struck the light ring, and a terrifying scene unfolded. The orange-red beam t the fla light ring, lting like steel and dripping like molten iron; it could not penetrate the light ring.

"The Apocalypse Furnace of the Scorching Sky Demon King is indeed formidable, capable of slting even the Forbidden Light," Li Xiu thought to himself, quietly impressed.

The records clearly stated the function of the Scorching Sky Demon King's Light of Truth, which could slt all things and lights, so the Forbidden Light being slted was no surprise.

The Forbidden Light itself wasn't an especially forceful attacking Divine Light; its main function was to dissolve Forbidden Power.

Against a typical Divine Position, its destructive power was more than sufficient, but against top-tier positions like the Scorching Sky Demon King, its power was sowhat lacking.

However, this wasn't a major issue. In battles among Divine Positions, the strength of the Light of Truth certainly had a significant impact, but it wasn't the sole determinant of victory.

Seeing the Forbidden Cannon's initial ineffectiveness, Li Xiu activated the Forbidden Cannon again, the orange-red light within spiraling once more as a beam shot forth again.

But this ti, the beam was more red-tinged, rather than the predominantly orange hue it had before.

This was a Forbidden Cannon using The Seventh Great Taboo Skills, releasing beams from different taboos; unlike the Gatling state of the Unlimited Skill, each taboo fired only once, and Li Xiu usually didn't utilize the Skill Cannon.

The mixed red-orange beam, as vivid as blooming flowers, once again bombarded the Scorching Sky Demon King.

The Scorching Sky Demon King had already stepped out of the lava lake entirely, magma streaming over his iron-black body. Facing Li Xiu's bombardnt, he ford the furnace's light ring again with four hands, ensnaring the attacking beam.

Yet this ti, the beam wasn't entirely lted by the furnace light ring. Part of the beam, dripping with red liquid, passed through the ring.

This Forbidden Light was enhanced with The Seventh Great Taboo Immortal, granting it the immortal characteristic, making it nearly indestructible.

The Seventh Great Taboo, when applied to the Light of Truth, didn't act on the opponent but directly on the Forbidden Light, endowing it with skill characteristics.

Even so, the Light of the Doomsday Furnace still lted part of the Forbidden Light, illustrating just how terrifying the Light of the Doomsday Furnace was.

With several layers of Forbidden Light gone, it was about to hit the Scorching Sky Demon King's chest when his body suddenly split into two, allowing the Forbidden Light to pass through the gap.

After the Forbidden Light passed completely, the divided body of the Scorching Sky Demon King rged back together. One set of arms ford a peculiar hand seal, and instantly a flaming dragon burst out from between the hands, roaring like a True Dragon toward Li Xiu.

Li Xiu did not retreat. Facing the roaring dragon, he fired another shot, this ti an ordinary Forbidden Light without additional skills.

The orange-red beam collided with the roaring dragon, creating a terrifying explosion. The shock wave lifted the underlying magma hundreds of ters, expanding out like a massive golden-red doughnut.

The strike was evenly matched; the dragon and the Forbidden Light shattered simultaneously. But in the next mont, the broken dragon reford and continued to engulf Li Xiu.

"A top-tier Light of Truth is indeed extraordinary," Li Xiu remarked, as the dragon drew near. Without retreating, he wielded the Forbidden Cannon and fired directly at the dragon's face.

For this shot, Li Xiu used the "undying" from The Seventh Great Taboo, a standard Undying Bullet capable of repairing injuries.

When applied to the Forbidden Light, the undying made it possess the undying and indestructible characteristic.

The red beam collided with the dragon; the dragon shattered, and the red beam, under the dragon's fla light, continued to lt into liquid. But the strength of the Forbidden Light wasn't diminished, and the lted portion swiftly recovered.

Until the dragon was shattered, the Forbidden Light continued as if untouched, and shot toward the Scorching Sky Demon King.
