Tang Yanqi’s steps were sowhat unsteady, she walked quickly along the winding corridor outside, head down. She wasn’t afraid soone might chase after her; she just didn’t like this place, really didn’t like it.
Not watching her path, Tang Yanqi collided harshly with soone, her bag flew out of her hand and with a "splash," fell into the adjacent fountain.
"Sister-in-law?"
Tang Yanqi hadn’t yet recovered her senses when she heard a not-so-unfamiliar voice beside her. She took out a dry tissue from her pocket and reached out to wipe the water off Zhou Chengze’s face: "Mr. Zhou, thank you."
In the dim corridor light and the bright moonlight from the sky, both falling on Tang Yanqi’s face at that mont, Zhou Chengze’s pupils dilated. He could feel a soft little hand holding a tissue to wipe his water droplets, but more intensely, he sensed the heart within his chest pounding at an extre rate.
Zhou Chengze’s throat moved up and down, a sudden impulse made him want to embrace the person in front of him. His hand, hanging by his side, had just risen when Zhou Chengze keenly sensed two scorching gazes from over there.
