One hour later, Sheng Jianan arrived at the Zhou Real Estate headquarters, headed straight to the top floor office, and saw Zhou Chengze’s desk with two cups, a bucket of ice, and a bottle of tequila.

"I’ve already arranged for Xiao Yi to be sent ho, so you don’t need to worry."

Since it was the weekend, there was no one in the group. Zhou Chengze put so ice into the cups, poured two glasses of liquor, walked over to Sheng Jianan, and handed him one: "I think you need so of this."

Sheng Jianan took it but didn’t drink. Zhou Chengze didn’t mind and said, "I know you already have the answers in your mind. The situation is pretty much as you thought."

Zhou Chengze’s voice was very clear, Sheng Jianan’s fingers clenched tightly, his knuckles increasingly prominent.

"However, there’s also sothing unexpected. Yanxi’s car accident was orchestrated by your mother. If not for Shen Jiyan, she would have been a wandering ghost long ago. Additionally, Shen Wanqing did not die normally but was injected with a large amount of drugs; she originally had ntal problems, and those drugs had hallucinogenic effects, so... Also, Tang Ruhai was not accidental, it was deliberate."

Zhou Chengze spoke lightly, his tone sowhat flippant, yet Sheng Jianan’s complexion had already darkened like ancient ice. Indeed, these were things he had anticipated, but truly knowing them to be facts brought a different feeling.

"Here is the evidence."

Zhou Chengze handed a file bag to Sheng Jianan. The man woodenly accepted it. Zhou Chengze raised his head and drained the glass, suddenly exploding, fiercely smashing the cup onto the ground. The crystal-clear glass shattered instantly, along with the ice inside, scattering everywhere.

The next second, Zhou Chengze’s fist swung at Sheng Jianan, landing hard on the man’s jaw: "You damn well couldn’t protect her, so why did you provoke her? Do you damn well know that if Shen Jiyan hadn’t coincidentally appeared, she would have been dead?"

Zhou Chengze transford from his previous calm deanor, like an enraged lion. Sheng Jianan was caught off guard, flipped to the ground, the cup in his hand falling in response, his wrist fiercely struck one of the glass shards, and blood flowed freely.

Zhou Chengze ignored him, looking down at the man he had always admired, coldly said: "Brother Nan, that woman carries three lives on her back. I know even if these evidences are submitted to the court, you have the skill to protect her, but let put it here: if you consider familial affection regardless of right and wrong, then I will avenge Tang Yanqi. I will not allow those who hard her so greatly to damn well live well in this world."

Sheng Jianan lay on the ground, looking at the bright red blood on his wrist, seemingly feeling no pain, slowly climbed up, turned to Zhou Chengze.

The man’s gaze was bright, Zhou Chengze like a volcanic eruption, Sheng Jianan as a tidal wave overturning.

Drop by drop, blood dripped onto the ground, eyes t, neither spoke first, until the platelets coagulated, the blood no longer flowed chaotically, Sheng Jianan moved his lips, but made no sound.

"I know what you want to say, yes, I admit, I damn well like her, and while you hated her, I already liked her."

Zhou Chengze fearlessly t Sheng Jianan’s gaze, this was the first ti he admitted it right in front of him.

"I understand the principle of not betraying a friend’s wife, so I won’t do anything, but now..."
