Mu Ke’s tall figure stood right in the middle of the first floor, his gaze lightly sweeping over everything in the book bar. Sheng Jiayu stepped forward, "Parked the car?"
"Yeah."
Just then, the two young girls who were tidying up ca downstairs. They were stunned when they saw Sheng Jiayu, looking familiar with the "handso guy" they ntioned.
Sheng Jiayu took Mu Ke to sit in a corner and ordered two cups of fruit tea.
Mu Ke got up to go to the bathroom. One of the young girls, who had been gossiping, ca over with the fruit tea and couldn’t help but ask, "Sister Yu, is that your boyfriend?"
The girl’s eyes sparkled with curiosity, pure curiosity. Sheng Jiayu smiled, looking in the direction Mu Ke had disappeared, and pursed her lips, "Yeah, boyfriend."

Mu Ke didn’t respond to her words, just nodded lightly, as a greeting.
His deanor had always been indifferent and proud. Xue Lu and Chen Xueli were used to it, and Mu Ke’s affection for Sheng Jiayu was obvious, so it wasn’t surprising to see him appear with her.
But what happened next made Xue Lu’s eyes widen.
They were eating hotpot, and whatever Mu Ke cooked, the first bite was always for Sheng Jiayu. His movents were graceful, his appearance striking, exuding affection with every gesture.
Especially those cool and indifferent eyes, which had nothing to do with "cool" when they t Sheng Jiayu’s.
And Sheng Jiayu?
At first, she was a bit embarrassed, but later she found that everything Mu Ke cooked, be it at slices or duck intestines, was just perfect, not over or undercooked, and tasted great. So, she let him do as he liked.
Xue Lu, sitting across from them, quietly tugged at Chen Xueli’s sleeve, signaling him to take a look.
Although Chen Xueli was a bit slow, he understood his wife’s aning instantly thanks to their great rapport.
He nodded almost imperceptibly at Xue Lu, aning: You’re right, there’s sothing going on between these two.
Halfway through the al, Xue Lu stood up, "Jiayu, want to go to the restroom?"
