Tan You refused without hesitation. "No, I want to see my status screen first."

The status screen quickly appeared before Tan You. On the left was the sa chubby avatar as before, wearing a pair of thick glasses. However, her figure seed a bit slimr, and one could faintly make out so curves.

The Beauty System was gone for two full days, and Tan You was happy to have the peace and quiet. It was nice not having the little system around, as it saved her from its constant nagging to do the lottery draw.

’I work so hard for these Energy Points, only to have them turn into useless things like Beauty Value. Honestly, I really don’t want to do the draw. But never drawing isn’t a long-term solution... Maybe I should throw the little system a bone and do one draw every two missions?’

’The Energy Points from two missions would add up to 8, enough for one ten-pull. I did one last ti, so maybe I’ll skip it this ti?’

If its host did the lottery draw, it would get more Energy Points! The Beauty System was filled with glee just thinking about the cute little ’skin’ it had its eye on.

Tan You knew the little system was up to no good. "Not drawing."

"Okay... You’re not drawing?" The Beauty System didn’t register it at first. A second later, it zipped in front of Tan You. "Are you sure you’re not drawing?"

Tan You could hear the urgency in its electronic voice. "That’s right. From now on, one draw every two missions. We just had one last ti, didn’t we?"

"But you didn’t say we were drawing once every two missions last ti," the Beauty System said, making a last-ditch attempt to salvage the situation.

Tan You shrugged. "Not my problem. The lottery draw should be my choice. In any case, the Energy Points from two missions co to 8, and a draw costs 8. It doesn’t make much difference to whether I do it or not."

The Beauty System was dumbfounded. It had never expected its host to be lying in wait like this. It stamred, "Host, I need Energy Points to operate... If you don’t do the draw, I..."
