Seeing all the excitent lighting up his face, Lin Mubai could only describe his feelings at the mont as gritting his teeth.
Did that bastard really think this could threaten him? Alright, let’s see who ends up unlucky in the end.
Did he really think complaining to An Nan would threaten him?
At least he was already married, while soone still didn’t know that, if he could get married, he had already decided that no matter when he got married, he would make his wedding last indefinitely.
Today, let him show off for a bit.
But he’d better weigh his options; either way, whatever is done will be returned double. The more excessive he becos, the unluckier he’ll be in the end.
From the airport to the hotel, the two handso n did not say a word. When they arrived at the hotel, they each got a room and went to rest.
Once back in the room alone, Lin Mubai found himself missing that little woman again, so he picked up the phone and dialed her number himself, knowing full well that if he waited for her to call, Heaven would probably be dark by then.
Ah, but what can be done?
Falling for such an emotionally insensitive woman ant he’d have to work a little harder.
Even so, he found it sweet.
With these thoughts in mind, Lin Mubai dialed his wife’s phone number.
The man had decided to leave at short notice in the morning, with a flight ti of two hours, plus travel in between. Now that he was at the hotel, it was around 1 p.m., which ant he’d had lunch on the plane.
The phone rang three tis before being quickly answered, and a very familiar female voice ca through: "Hubby, have you arrived?"
Lying on the bed, hearing her soft voice, his heart instantly ward up: "Mm, I’ve arrived at the hotel. What are you doing, wife?"
"?" An Nan thought for a mont and began to report her current status in detail: "I’m now lying on the sofa in the living room, watching TV. Grandpa and Grandma are napping at noon. Dad was kicked out of the room by Mom and seems to be resting in his study. Jiayou is at school, not ho."
With just a few simple words, An Nan reported all the household happenings to the man miles away.
Lin Mubai listened quietly, not interrupting the woman’s words until the voice on the phone paused, leading her on to the next topic.
"What did you have for lunch?"
"Delicious food, I’m very full!"
"Isn’t it good to eat more? Is the baby being good?"
"Very good, didn’t bother all morning." An Nan spoke, then slightly yawned.
Though reluctant to hang up the phone, Lin Mubai still instructed over the phone: "Then go to your room and rest for a bit, don’t just keep watching TV."
"Okay, I know."
An Nan replied with a smile, her heart feeling strangely, maybe every man becos like this when about to beco a father, becoming cautious and ticulous.
She rembered when she first t this man, although in front of her he was a Warm Man, in front of others he was just a Cold and Arrogant Man, so distant and hard to approach.
But now, in front of her, he was still a man, definitely warr than before. In front of others, his coldness was slowly fading away, becoming a true Warm Man.
