To say that she wasn’t shocked would be a lie. An Nan was so shocked she forgot how to react, with the man’s words continuously replaying in her mind — love at first sight? She’d never considered that a possibility.
However, it’s clear they weren’t on the sa wavelength. An Nan thought their first eting was at the ’Champs Elysees’, and Lin Mubai didn’t clarify.
Waiting for an answer was always torturous, but even such tornt, he was willing to endure.
Finally, after a quarter of an hour, he heard her speak again, in a soft, undisturbed voice: "What if I still want to punch you?"
No tears or tantrums, no angry order for him to leave, nor did she ignore him. She just wanted to punch him. A smile curled once more at his lips, knowing he wouldn’t be sentenced to death; with that, he was relieved.
An Nan’s voice continued to ring in his ears: "Lin Mubai, stand properly for ."
Young Master Lin quickly stood up straight, not forgetting to bargain with her: "Uh, could you avoid hitting the face?" My face is how I make a living.

Standing at the master bedroom’s door, Lin Mubai took a deep breath, a satisfied smile playing at his lips. However, his smile was so bright it pulled at his left eye, causing him to gasp in pain. He swiftly walked into the guest bathroom, looking at his silly grinning panda face in the mirror, feeling inwardly satisfied. It was as he expected; his left eye had turned into a panda eye.
Soon, a hint of distress replaced the smile on his face: "Damn it, how am I supposed to face people like this? If those bastards find out, they’ll laugh to death."

That night, Young Master Lin had a very peaceful and restful sleep.
The next day, the faint panda eye of the previous day had turned into a noticeable panda eye.

Inside, An Nan was already bursting with laughter, but her face remained as cold as ever, showing no extra emotion.
