Even after hearing it for a week, Lin Mubai still felt a bit uneasy about the nickna Little White. The more he heard it, the more it sounded like a pet na, leaving him ashad and feeling a sense of helplessness from deep within.
Despite the helplessness inside, he still had to keep a smile on his face: "I’m fine, you keep watching TV."
"Alright then." Since he said he’s fine, An Nan shrugged without much concern and continued focusing on the docuntary on the screen, occasionally expressing amazent: "Wow wow wow, there are actually so many good things in this ancient tomb! If I’d known, I would’ve gone digging."
Lin Mubai was just preparing to leave when his movents stiffened helplessly. Speaking of which, this woman, aside from loving food, had another peculiarity: a special fondness for watching docuntaries about ancient tomb excavations. She often stayed up late in the living room watching them. Several tis when he got up in the middle of the night, he was startled by the large TV in the living room playing footage of ancient corpses. The most terrifying thing was that she could munch on snacks while watching them, as if she didn’t know what disgust ant. Initially, he protested, but as ti went by, he beca able to watch with her. Still, he couldn’t stand watching those things late at night.
Not because he was scared—after all, they were just dead things on TV—but because he found it disgusting.
His once departing footsteps halted, and with a turn, Lin Mubai simply sat down next to An Nan, accompanying her in watching TV, while he prepared to co up with a good plan within the remaining ti.
Lin Mubai had just sat down for a short while when An Nan suddenly felt a sharp pain in her abdon. Her complexion changed, and she quickly got up and dashed to the bathroom without Lin Mubai having any idea of what was happening.
By the ti Lin Mubai reacted, he quickly walked to the bathroom door, worriedly knocking and asking the person inside: "Nannan, what’s wrong?"
No sound ca from the bathroom for a long ti. Lin Mubai worriedly raised his hand to knock again when finally a weak voice ca out: "I’m fine, but could you do a favor?"
She obviously kept the things she needed each month in the cabinet, so why couldn’t she find any now? The only explanation was that they were used up and she forgot to buy more.
After feeling annoyed for a bit, An Nan decided that asking the person outside for help would be far less embarrassing than staying in the bathroom all night.
Upon hearing the plea for help from the bathroom, Lin Mubai felt his heart jump to his throat: "Nannan, tell ."
After several silent seconds, a slightly shy voice ca through: "Little White... Little White... could you go buy a pack of... buy a pack of that?"
"What?" Lin Mubai was puzzled, unable to grasp what An Nan ant by "that."
It wasn’t surprising that he couldn’t understand this euphemism. In Young Master Lin’s twenty-five years of life, won were rare occurrences, so he naturally didn’t know about won’s specific needs. As for their first ti, Young Master Lin managed to be so adept thanks solely to a certain male instinct.
Just as Young Master Lin remained clueless, the frustrated voice from the bathroom sounded again: "Get a pack of sanitary, pads, hurry."
This ti, soone finally understood. His cheeks flushed involuntarily, and it was likely that no matter what, An Nan inside the bathroom wouldn’t believe how pure and innocent handso and otherworldly Little White could be.
