The next morning, An Nan slowly opened her eyes and t a pair of laughing black eyes. Instantly, she thought of last night’s events and felt a bit embarrassed.
"What’s wrong, wife?" Lin Mubai’s voice continued as gentle as flowing water.
An Nan quickly shook her head and was about to get out of bed, changing the subject conveniently: "What ti is it now!"
Lin Mubai stated a number, and a sharp scream quickly echoed in the room: "Ah, you bastard! Why didn’t you wake up? They’re definitely going to laugh at to death."
Those people are troublemakers, unbearable when they’re nice, and even worse when they shut people out. An Nan could already imagine how they would laugh at her in a mont.
Lin Mubai sat quietly at one side, watching the panicked woman in front of him, seizing the chance to stir up so chaos when necessary. Finally, An Nan couldn’t take it anymore: "Filthy man, stop ssing with ."
Lin Mubai remained unmoved, continuing to ss around while leisurely speaking: "They all ran away last night, so you don’t have to worry about them mocking you at all." Besides, those people wouldn’t dare. The latter sentence, Lin Mubai kept in his heart.
The originally angry An Nan was instantly dumbfounded: "What? They left?"
They all ran off, and she had offered herself up to plead for them; why was she doing that? Gradually, An Nan’s gaze fell on the man, turning into intense dissatisfaction, even with a hint of protest: "Man, how could you do this."
Lin Mubai stretched out his arm and pulled her directly into his embrace, whispering: "Why couldn’t I?" Then, he gently patted her bottom with a face full of affection: "Hurry and get up. Let’s get ready to have lunch."
Speaking of lunch, An Nan realized that her stomach was indeed a bit hungry.
Yet, deep down, she remained extrely dissatisfied with this man. With a glare of discontent, she pouted and declared: "From today, you’re not allowed to touch . Otherwise, I’ll make sure you pay." After speaking, An Nan quickly ran off the bed and fled into the bathroom.
Lin Mubai slightly opened his mouth wanting to say sothing but realized she was already out of sight, so he sat on the bed, affectionately shaking his head, mumbling to himself: "Wife, I didn’t agree to that, so don’t bla for not keeping my word afterwards."
How could he survive without touching her?
So, he could agree to anything, except this.
When An Nan ca out of the bathroom again, it seed like they had both forgotten about the previous issues. Then, she quickly walked up to the man. Because he was much taller than her, she could only look up at him: "Hurry and take to eat; your baby is hungry."
"Let’s go." As he replied, Lin Mubai habitually held her hand, and at his lips was the sa joyful curve.
For so people, happiness doesn’t lie in sweet words but in the subtle actions amidst daily monts.
Occasionally, An Nan turned her head to steal a glance at the man beside her. Her heart was filled with a sense of happiness. She deeply felt that her life was truly blessed, having t this man and beco his wife.
At this mont, she silently said a thank you to the man beside her in her heart.
Even though she knew, he really didn’t need it.
