If it were only this, it would be one thing, but the real issue is...

The blade pierced the body of what was called a "giant spider," ending the life of this bizarre monster, and the flas burning within its body extinguished.
The Starfire Knight crouched down to inspect the monster's body structure, hoping to find any weak points, only to discover sothing nauseating.

This was not a spider at all; it had human limbs that were recognizable even in their highly mutated state, with a regressed head still hanging from its chest, its expression frozen in extre agony!
This type of monster is scientifically nad a Chaos Patient, having mutated into its current form after contracting a certain malady.
Sotis, knowing more isn't always a good thing; at least for the people now, before discovering the true nature of the Chaos Patient, they could happily fight these monsters, but now having learned this, they couldn't help but feel grossed out facing them.
It's a hard-to-explain discomfort; on one hand, they really found these monsters gross, but on the other, they couldn't help but feel a bit sympathetic due to empathy.
However, when they got sprayed with a mouthful of blood or two, any trace of sympathy vanished without a trace, replaced by sheer anger.
Even ordinary residents from Sick Village attacked them, pouring boiling Poison Water on them from the Upper City!
Everyone was splashed with boiling liquid, completely unguarded, and although they quickly took Antidotes, they still felt miserable.
