"Boom——"
The roaring blast fla fiercely shook everything within sensory perception, everything teetering in the stench of scorching. It seed as if the sky was about to collapse.
In this mont, the druids gave up using the transformation technique on everyone and instead transford themselves into the shape of the Water Jet Turtle, exhausting all their magic power to spray a massive stream of water at the people, hoping to use their shells to block the flas while protecting everyone with the water.
But such actions before the Fla Storm were almost entirely ineffective; the water was instantly evaporated before it even reached Luluwo and the others, and their shells obviously couldn’t withstand the Fla Storm. Despite the nobility of their actions, they were to no avail.
"Stop showing off here!"
At this mont, Matilda kicked two people over to beside Luluwo, leaping out of her armor and expanding Hell’s March into a high wall in front of the crowd!
This was a mont relying on powerful armor!
Matilda’s face was full of worry because Fingerley hadn’t co in yet, and there was no way to rush over to save him now since the temperature increased the closer you got to the Chaos Witch.
Judging by ti, the other party is probably already a burnt corpse.
She could only hope that her team captain didn’t suffer much in passing since the fla temperature was high enough to knock soone out instantly.
The black iron appearance of Hell’s March quickly changed color in the high temperature, turning from black to red and then to a terrifying orange within seconds, the weapons’ wails exploding in Matilda’s mind. Continuing to use it would damage Hell’s March!
"It’s not working! Aleya!"
As Matilda anxiously called out, Aleya hurriedly threw out a variety of plant seeds forward, and seeing this, Luluwo and the others imdiately helped, projecting their magic power to aid the seeds’ growth.
In an instant, a wall of colorful strange plants in red, green, purple, blue, and more ford before the group, appearing even thicker than Hell’s March.
At the mont when the weapons had reached their limit, Matilda withdrew them, and the surging flas imdiately slamd into the plant wall, rapidly burning it to charcoal!
These plants were even less effective than they imagined!
"This is bad, this is bad!"
Everyone watched helplessly as the final line of defense crumbled at a visible pace, unsure of what to do. They had nothing else they could do.
Luluwo gritted her teeth, having calculated the duration of the Fla Storm at the cost of dying nurous tis, and judging by the speed at which the plant wall was being incinerated, the storm would persist for several more seconds after the wall completely vanished!
By then, they’d be reduced to charcoal, and if they struggled desperately, at best they’d end up severely injured.
Was this going to be another failure, so close to victory?
Even knowing that if they failed this ti, they’d have another chance, and that future attempts might have a higher success rate, the hope of victory so near yet lost to a few seconds’ error was disheartening, like a fisherman losing a caught fish back into the river because of a loose grip.
Finally, dark flas squeezed through the gaps in the plant wall, obliterating the wall in an instant, the flas like a greedy devil lunging at the crowd!
The druids rushed out, transforming into larger creatures, hoping to hold on for even a second. Matilda tried to forcibly use the overheated Hell’s March, Aleya watched her carefully cultivated plants be destroyed, shedding tears, while Luluwo and the others gulped down magic potions and put up magic shields, but the potions were too hot to drink.
Everyone was fighting for even a second more of survival, but the raging flas clearly had no intention of sparing them!
The flas licked the magic shield, shattering it instantly. The flas scorched the druids, causing them to revert to their original form and pass out, and the flas engulfed the final defense, Hell’s March, which imdiately issued an overheating warning.
It’s all over, everything is going to be over!
"I’m not willing!"
The words of unwillingness were drowned out by the roaring flas, and Luluwo uttered what might be her last words.
"I will co back again!"
"Co back again——"
"Again——"
Her final words spread far, even forming an echo, reaching everyone’s ears clearly.
Wait a minute, clearly?
"Ah!"
Without warning, Luluwo let out a howl, and this howl echoed too.
Could it be...
The people opened their eyes, originally closed in resignation to their fate, to find a scene without flas. Those terrifyingly hot things had completely dissipated, leaving behind a scorched, blackened space.
"This isn’t right, the Fla Storm’s disappearance is four seconds ahead of the calculation."
Luluwo was still dumbfounded, reflecting on her error, but Matilda grabbed her shoulder and shook it hard, saying:
"Your calculations were correct, the enemies were taken down!"
"Ah?"
Luluwo uttered a sound filled with doubt and disbelief, looking over in the direction Matilda pointed.
The massive spider body of the Chaos Witch still remained in place, but only the lower half of this alien form was left.
