Hero City, a subordinate village.

In the dim light of dawn, or rather, when the night was still very thick, the farrs who had fields to tend were already up to start a whole day’s work. The blacksmith was adding flas to the furnace, and the thief had finished his nightti labor.

The children usually got up a bit later, lazed around for another nap, and then reluctantly got up to help out, kicking the old dog they kept at ho awake. Once they’re awake, they won’t let other animals sleep.

But today, the children were a bit different. They got up early in the morning, earlier than the farrs, and gathered in groups on the only dirt road at the entrance of the village, eagerly looking to the end of the road, each with anticipation and excitent on their faces.

"Gollum gollum..."

Before long, the sound of wheels echoed, and a finely crafted carriage appeared in people’s sight.

"It’s here, it’s here!"

"The Magic Transmission Tutor is here!"

The children cheered and ran towards the carriage. A corner of the curtain at the carriage window was lifted, revealing a face full of disdain, yet the children didn’t see it.

When the carriage stopped, in a warm welco of jumping and cheering children, a young man with a gentle smile got off the carriage, warmly greeting the children, saying:

"From now on, I will be responsible for the magic transmission here. Children, praise Master Younka."

"I want to learn magic, I want to learn magic!" the children chattered noisily.

"All right, all right." The young man patiently began teaching, looking quite approachable.

The carriage turned around and left, with the only passenger on board.

Black Stone City, early morning street, passersby were still scarce.

A few children who got up early found their companions and began to play on the street, their laughter scaring off the sparrows resting on the windowsill.

"Look, I learned how to use magic!"

A child, surrounded by his companions, opened his palm, and a small stream of water appeared in the center of his hand.

He was emitting a faint Fighting Qi, which was continuously converted into magic power, combined with his own magic power, allowing him as a child to release this less than low-level magic.

"Wow!" The surrounding children exclaid in astonishnt, appearing very shocked.

The child casting the magic proudly stated, "Uncle Edgar taught this!"

"So what, I learned it too!"

So children, not to be outdone, also used the sa magic, looking quite smug.

"But your stream is smaller than his! Hahaha!" The children giggled and argued, at this ti another child said:

"I can cast magic without using Fighting Qi, so I’m the most powerful!"

Thus, he naturally beca the leader of the children.

Imperial Capital, upper-class residential area.

A rchant’s child was demonstrating the improved magic he had just learned from the Magic Transmission Tutor to the attendants, receiving much applause.

The Magic Transmission Tutor, specially hired to teach him, was also clapping, looking like they were about to say "omoide" any second.

Not far away, a noble’s child watched through the fence gate at ho, showing a look of interest, and ran back ho to tell his parents, "Father, Mother, I want to learn Fighting Qi conversion technology too."

"No."

The noble sternly said:

"We don’t need to be like those people, to beco guinea pigs for immature technology. The family-inherited Combat Skill is our glory. Now go practice your sword a thousand tis."

Throughout the Warrior Country, whether in villages, cities, or the Imperial Capital, regardless of what class, everyone was swept into this magic wave stirred up by Younka.

Moreover, the focus on children was evidently stronger.

The concentration of magic belief in the territory was steadily increasing.

"How long did I sleep?"

Woken up by the glaring sunlight, Edgar frowned and opened his eyes but imdiately closed them again. The long sleep had made his eyes rather sensitive now.

"Is it morning? I was too lazy."

He shook his head. Maybe it was because he was running around outside all day yesterday and too exhausted from being pestered by the children to learn magic, he began to recall his thoughts from observing the starry sky last night.

He rembered drifting into a realm of profound enlightennt, but the rare inspiration was interrupted by those annoying fireworks released by Ainz III. Never let him et Ainz III again, or he’d certainly kick him in the butt!

But what after that? After being interrupted, did he continue observing the starry sky, what did he see at the ti...

"I don’t rember."

Possibly because Younka’s task had him running around these days, Edgar couldn’t rember what he saw last night, probably fell asleep directly.

"After finishing work, I must have a good rest."

He rose from the remaining Luminous Stone Lounge Chair, but suddenly his knees buckled, and he "thump" fell to the ground.

"What’s going on!"

He suddenly found himself unable to muster any strength at all, as if his body had been lying still for so long that his muscles had atrophied!

"Revitalization Technique!"

A magical light glowed on his body, and strength surged from within. Edgar climbed up with a face full of surprise, still unable to understand what had caused the unusual situation just now.

However, he keenly sensed sothing, exclaiming in surprise:

"Has my magic power increased?"

"No, it’s not that my magic power increased. It’s that the effect of the magic I cast has beco stronger!"

He no longer paid any attention to the clothes damaged from his fall, instead casting several spells and finally confirming one thing—his understanding of magic had improved!

"What did I see last night that caused such great progress?"

Surprise, happiness, joy... all sorts of emotions appeared on his face. This was the opportunity he had dread of. With this level of ability, surpassing his ntor’s achievents might no longer be just his own fantasy!

But, what exactly caused his transformation?

Edgar repeatedly cast magic to enhance his mory recovery, but none were effective. He simply couldn’t rember what he had seen the previous night.

The euphoria gradually subsided. He forced himself to calm down, though the corners of his mouth still turned upward.

"I must observe the Star Sky again tonight to find out what made stronger."

Any person of sound mind, upon gaining formidable power or talent improvent suddenly and without any prerequisites, would likely exhibit concerns or even fear of the unknown.

But Edgar did not have such emotions.

He was certainly not a person of simple nerves; he had demonstrated ticulous thought in Stoneveil City.

Yet, after this unusual situation arose, he didn’t assu the worst, as if affected by an intelligence-reducing aura. What on earth is this...

"Hmm-hmm~"

Edgar humd a tune that he hadn’t in a long ti, feeling better than he had in a long ti.

He casually tidied himself up and walked out the door towards the magical transmission office he established in Black Stone City.

Magicians who followed Younka and his disciples, dedicated to spreading improved magic, were known as "Magic Transmission Tutors." They existed solely to disseminate improved magic in large numbers.

In Edgar’s eyes, these people were highly useful tools, tirelessly working for even low salaries, needing only to learn the latest improved magic for free.

In big cities like Black Stone City, there are often at least a dozen Magic Transmission Tutors, while villages and towns are equipped with at least one, achieving national coverage.

Edgar didn’t actually need to personally spread improved magic. As the leader of those tutors, he only needed to move a finger to issue orders.

But to maintain his keen sense of magic, he still chose to get involved personally, committing to at least two hours of work every day!

If even a leader like him had to work for two hours as a model, then the Magic Transmission Tutors below certainly couldn’t rest!

Everyone had to work at least three hours overti every day, not a minute less! Otherwise, others might think we can’t afford to work overti!

On the way, children whom he had taught greeted him warmly, and he kindly responded, now in such a good mood that he didn’t mind showing a little care to the children.

After he left, the children whispered, "We haven’t seen Uncle Edgar for several days. I thought he didn’t live here anymore."

"Uncle is a busy man, perhaps he’s been busy with research at ho these past few days!"

"Research, huh, that’s really impressive."

Several days?

But Edgar didn’t hear this sentence.

"Huh, that is..."

He saw a figure he hadn’t seen in quite so ti, a person he had briefly tead up with back in Sain Dungeon—Tepi.

Edgar was quite interested in this big rchant, or more specifically, in his wealth and business acun. It would be great if he could persuade him to join his side.

"His trading company is called... Golden Lion Comrce, wasn’t it? But recently, I’ve heard quite a lot of bad news about that company."

It’s said that Golden Lion Comrce not only failed in grabbing supply orders sent from the frontier, losing out to several other large firms.

But also refused to stock and sell the Reform Ring that other stores are competing to stock and that the public is willing to buy, leaving people wondering what their decision-makers are thinking. They missed out on a huge profit.

It’s also said that Golden Lion Comrce invested money into industries related to the Glory Dungeon, seemingly promoting combat skills, which goes completely against the social trend.

"What a sha, I thought he was a more capable rchant, but these decisions prove he’s just diocre."

Edgar had no intention of greeting him, but just then, he saw Tepi et up with so people, it was surprisingly Uffie and his group!

They looked refreshed and full of vigor, fully ard, looking as though they were about to undertake an expedition...

"Set off, today we’re going to take down Greg!"

Uffie announced with full spirit!
