Once people perceived the situation here, the Mad Fire Patient imdiately released Em, who then fell to the ground, clutching his eyes and uttering ethereal cries.
"Ais! Em!"
Luluwo’s eyes widened in disbelief at how the Mad Fire Patient suddenly transford into this state, but there was no doubt they had been attacked!
With a flick of her arm, several chains shot out from beneath her cloak, two of which ensnared Ais and Em, pulling them back, while the others aid directly at the Mad Fire Patient.
Berto also furrowed his brow, suddenly producing several daggers, lowering his body to charge at the Mad Fire Patient through the gaps between the chains.
Tami’s reaction speed was no less than these veteran team mbers; drawing his straight sword, he rushed in from the side, though the newer mbers reacted a mont too late.
"Ah, ah!"
The Mad Fire Patient suddenly let out a retching scream, and the flas in his eyes surged wildly at this mont, shooting out like a teor Fire Rain at the group!

[Derived from the Prayer of the Three Fingers of Madness, capable of continuously unleashing intense yellow Mad Fire from the eyes]
[Those affected by the Mad Fire, with eyes singed to destruction because of it, exhibit symptoms accompanied by a maddening pain, leaving them in tears due to the unbearable nature]
Berto, rushing at the forefront, felt an excruciating pain unlike ordinary flas the mont they touched his skin. The pain vibrated even his spirit, as though the tornt within the Mad Fire Patient invaded his heart through the flas, and screams involuntarily escaped his mouth.
Seeing this, Tami quickly halted his forward charge to dodge, but the blast radius of the Unbearable Madness Fire was unimaginably vast. Even though he stopped in ti, his body was still within the range!
In this critical mont, he had no choice but to raise his straight sword and scabbard in a final, futile defense!
The next mont, a powerful tugging force yanked him out of the blast range of the Mad Fire; it was Luluwo’s chains, successfully pulling both him and Berto out!
Then, a mass of chains rushed forth, morphing in the air to form a solid protective shield in front of them, as if intending to clash head-on with the Fire. In this instant, flas and chains fiercely collided.
Luluwo’s face changed drastically, quickly retracting the chains, but in just this brief mont, the protective shield made of chains was lted down by more than half!
The last ti the chains got destroyed was during a battle with the Fran Undead Team, no wonder her expression kept changing!
On the opposite side, the Mad Fire Patient seed relentless, persisting in the Unbearable Madness Fire, continuously overpowering the adventurers in front of him!
Luluwo wanted to retreat, but the Fire anticipated her move; in the blink of an eye, the fire rain spread over a vast area behind!
"Boom!"
After a muffled thud, the Mad Fire suddenly ceased.
"Good thing I was nearby."
Mila retracted the Wolf Fang Club that had smashed the Mad Fire Patient into a bloody ss; fortunately, she was standing behind the Mad Fire Patient, allowing her to take him down with a surprise attack while his focus was drawn by Luluwo and the others.
