Now reading: Chapter 204 196: Is forming the Golden Core like this?3 from Who let him join the Sword Sect?!, a Eastern novel by White cypress tree.

Since ancient tis, Core Formation has always been a single, fluid process, unlike a certain other process that's known to be interrupted.

During Core Formation, a cultivator is in a state of mystical clarity, unable to look within, and truly has no idea what it looks like when the Golden Core is halfway ford.

"Why don't you give it a try? With us here, you won't be in any danger." Zhengyi said.

"Alright, I'll give it a shot."

Zhang Ze retrieved his white Golden Core back into his Dantian, then stood still, closed his eyes, and began forming the Golden Core again, as his aura started to rise.

As Zhang Ze's aura climbed, the elderly ones felt slightly relieved.

Wang was even considering how to turn Zhang Ze's experience into a little story to put in the Library Pavilion.

But just as Zhang Ze's aura reached its peak, completing the Core Formation, it suddenly declined again.

"What's wrong with you again?" Li asked.

Zhang Ze looked at his master and asked a rather silly question.

"Can there be only one Golden Core?"

"What else did you expect?" Li instinctively replied, but soon realized, "Do you have two, boy?"

Zhang Ze shook his head, "Not just two."

Zhengyi, "?"

Finishing his words, Zhang Ze ford a spell with his hands and summoned his first Golden Core.

The white one.

Then ca the second one.

A brilliant golden core, exuding impressive Sword Intent, slightly smaller than the white Golden Core, was drawn out by Zhang Ze.

Then ca the third one.

This one was completely indigo, surrounded by electric light, with an intrinsic cycle of the five elents within.

The last one, compared to the previous two, was sowhat lacking in montum but was even stranger.

This Golden Core was blue in color and semi-transparent.

Observing these cores, the golden one was evidently from the Sword Sect, the indigo one from Dragon Tiger Mountain, while the blue core was presumably from the Beast Taming Sect.

Zhang Ze controlled the three smaller Golden Cores to spin around the white core, "For now, just these four."

"How many more do you want?" Li couldn't help but chuckle in exasperation.

Perhaps seeing Zhang Ze unhard, and since more lice don't make you itch, Tang's attention wandered to a peculiar aspect.

"Why is your Sword Sect's core golden while our Dragon Tiger Mountain's is indigo?" he suddenly asked.

"Heh, Zhang Ze is a disciple of my Sword Sect, naturally the core of the Sword Sect is the most authentic, what's wrong with that?" Pavilion Master Zhengyi got caught in Tang's rhythm again.

Zhang Ze also found this puzzling, so he closed his eyes again to sense it, and after a while, he suddenly exclaid, "I got it!"

Zhengyi and Tang stopped their bickering, "What did you figure out?" they asked simultaneously.

"It's because I think the Dragon Tiger Mountain's core should be purple, the Sword Sect's golden, and the Beast Taming Sect's blue, that's why they are these colors."

After speaking, Zhang Ze closed his eyes again, muttering, as the colors of the Golden Cores began to change.

Like little colored lights, the four Golden Cores simultaneously turned gold, then green, then pink, finally changing colors in the order of a rainbow.

The four elders watching Zhang Ze felt a sense of having lived worthwhile lives.

This scene happened to be witnessed by Chen Qin, who was tugging along i'Er.

A group of people was quietly watching Zhang Ze's display of changing the cores' colors.

It wasn't until Zhang Ze finished his performance that Chen Qin ran up and said, "Senior brother, teach too." Saying that she summoned her normal Golden Core out.

"I want an orange-red one!"

"Miss, you are a normal person, think twice!" i'Er, who was shocked, imdiately contacted the Sect Leader.

...

In the Main Pavilion of the Sword Sect, Chen Qianhu was forging the eighteenth Flying Sword for his daughter. After he threw the Sword Embryo into the Sword Furnace, he picked up a small walnut.

[i'Er, what's Zhang Ze up to again?]

[You better see for yourself, I can't explain...]

Following that, i'Er sent over the video of Zhang Ze changing the colors of the four Golden Cores.

Chen Qianhu watched Zhang Ze's performance, stunned for a while, and then dispatched a Dharma Aspect to head for the Seventh Sword Pavilion.

...

At the Seventh Sword Pavilion.

With her father's arrival, Chen Qin straightened up and stood obediently to the side.

Chen Qianhu stared at Zhang Ze for a long ti, then asked him to perform the color-changing trick with the Golden Cores again.

"Sect Leader, am... am I okay?" Zhang Ze asked cautiously upon seeing Chen Qianhu's serious expression.

However, the Sect Leader did not speak, rely shaking his head.

There were two ways to interpret this gesture.

One, you're not in danger.

Two, beyond saving, go ho and have a good al.

The Sect Leader continued to gaze at Zhang Ze for a mont longer, then sent a ssage after picking up the small walnut, and sat in a chair to ponder with his eyes closed.

Seeing the Sect Leader like this, everyone was a bit tense.

Except for i'Er.

Not that i'Er was hiding any earth-shattering secrets, but because she had been standing behind the Sect Leader the entire ti, she saw the ssage that the Sect Leader sent.

[Honey, co quick, there's sothing fun here.]

The Sect Leader speaking this way was a first for i'Er to witness.
