Zhang Ze thought that this Fox Demon's lady still retained so respect for his own ancestor, yet he didn't expect the Fox Lady to continue saying.
"But friend, if you really want it, you can buy it across the street."
Following where the Fox Demon lady pointed, Zhang Ze turned to look. Over there was a store selling grilled sausages. At the mont, there weren't many custors, and the Dog Lady tending the store was lying idly on the counter, playing with a small walnut.
The Dog Lady's ears twitched, she looked up this way, probably exchanged a signal with the Fox Lady, then the Dog Lady's fingers twirled, and a big cabinet erged from the ground behind her.
It was adorned with an array of toys, the most prominent and central was a majestic and fierce giant wolf.
While the fox had turned into sothing that resembled both a cat and a dog.
As for Brother Qiang, he still looked the sa; round-faced.
The Dog Lady snapped her fingers again, the price tags turned over, except for the giant wolf marked as non-sale, the rest were priced similar to the ones here.
Zhang Ze was montarily speechless, unable to comnt.
It could only be said that these people had so respect for their ancestor, but truly not much.
"Are there mbers of Brother Qiang's race?" Zhang Ze asked, curious about what Brother Qiang's true form looked like.
However, the Fox Lady shook her head, "You've co late, friend. That shop closed down long ago, probably around eleven or twelve years ago."
"How did it close down?" Zhang Ze casually asked.
"That fool sold shaved ice here, saying it was local sourcing to save on materials. Who else would go bankrupt if not him," said the Fox Lady, giggling.
Zhang Ze, "..."
After casually chatting with the Fox Lady for a few more lines, he picked out so toys from both shops, planning to gift them to his Junior Sister and others upon returning.
After packing the purchased items into the Hundred Treasures Bag, he stood up to look for Miemie, who had been playing crazily.
"You go by yourself, I want to play for two more days."
When he found Miemie, that's how she responded to Zhang Ze.
However, Miemie was not a Little Earth Immortal, and after getting a touch of Zhang Ze's Purifying Heart and Brightening Spirit Technique, she cald down imdiately.
She coughed lightly, speaking coldly.
"Let's go, this place isn't fun at all. We're adults, who still likes this stuff anyway."
As she spoke, she casually grabbed a balloon from a passing toy's hand.
"Thanks," toy Miemie said to the toy staff.
The amusent park affair temporarily ca to a close, with no mishaps happening upon departure.
Aside from signing a "Deviate from Tour Route, Die Outside By Yourself" contract with the amusent park, that is.
In short, Zhang Ze safely left the amusent park with Miemie, beginning his long-awaited Bone Shadow grand adventure.
Unfortunately, his luck seed a bit bad at the start of the adventure. He did not see the legendary Bone Shadow in ice, not even a pigeon.
"See? I told you all that Bone Shadow stuff was fake, made up by the amusent park to fool kids," Miemie said, swinging her little legs while sitting on Zhang Ze's shoulder. "Why don't we go back, play for half a day, and when it gets dark, I'll take the Flying Ship to Bear Pass."
Zhang Ze ignored Miemie, feeling sothing wasn't right.
This Ice Valley seed overly quiet.
In the previous part of the Ice Valley, there were occasional sightings of Cold Ice Twin Pigtails, Cold Ice Fla Monkey, Cold Ice Fluttering Snake, and other cute small animals.
Yet here it's utterly silent, Zhang Ze didn't move recklessly. He used the thod of Floating Life Listening to Spirits, starting to listen to the surrounding sounds, but aside from Miemie, there was nothing...
But soon, Zhang Ze heard a discordant sound.
It's breathing, sothing was rhythmically breathing around him.
Logically, soone else would have thoroughly investigated their surroundings, but Zhang Ze didn't; he imdiately took Miemie and fled to the distant area.
Standing on the Icefield, Zhang Ze looked towards the distant canyon, his brow furrowing.
"What's wrong, what's wrong?" The oblivious Miemie asked.
"There might really be sothing unclean in that valley earlier..." Zhang Ze didn't finish his sentence, the rhythmic breathing sound reached his ears again.
Below Zhang Ze's feet, arrays flowed, he retreated several miles before fetching the Flying Ship, ascending into the sky.
The Array was fully activated, cruising at full speed.
However, despite Zhang Ze's caution, it was aningless in the face of absolute ominousness.
The rhythmic breathing sound returned, reaching Zhang Ze's ears.
Zhang Ze pondered a mont, he decided not to continue escaping, instead he clasped his hands to the empty air and said, "I don't know which Demon Race senior it is, I'm timid, please don't make fun of ."
Unfortunately, Zhang Ze's words didn't receive a response, the breathing sound kept rhythmically echoing in Zhang Ze's ears.
Miemie couldn't hear the breathing sound, but sensed sothing was amiss; she jumped down from Zhang Ze's shoulder, started wandering around the Flying Ship.
Just then, Zhang Ze discovered the source of the breathing sound.
At that ti, the Flying Ship was soaring above the clouds, sunshine stread through the ship's Protective Array onto the deck.
Zhang Ze saw, following behind the running Miemie within the Flying Ship, a very long shadow appeared; an eye was crouching in the long shadow, staring straight at him.
"Hey..."
In a whim, Zhang Ze greeted the shadow.
In the next mont, the Flying Ship started to tremble violently, all arrays failed, shadows gushed out like fountains, a huge Bone Shadow enveloped the Flying Ship, as if an invisible giant beast was lying atop the ship.
