With the combined efforts of the Firefly Spirits and Chang State itself, this place was crafted into its current peculiar state, continuously repelling outsiders who tried to change it.
In these long ages, they hardly had their own will, acting under the drive of instinct and illusions like somnambulists.
At this point, they were less living creatures and more byproducts of the chaotic will of Chang State.
This situation was supposed to last forever.
Until one day last year, a Firefly Spirit discovered so black stones in an underwater cave near Luoyu Mountain.
Presumably washed there by the current.
The blank black stones require desire to activate, and logically, the usually blank-minded Firefly Spirits shouldn't be affected.

The Firefly Spirits were no longer the dream-like shadows of the past; a new race was born.

But with the Firefly Spirits having acquired free will, internal divisions arose.
On the matter of going ho, the Firefly Spirits split into two factions.
One faction believed that after such a long ti, the Firefly Spirits already had a ho, and Chang State is it, with the responsibility to protect it.
The other faction, influenced by the mories of fallen races, felt this was a foreign land, that their true ho lay beyond the distant star sea, and they wanted to return there.
Seeing this, Zhang Ze casually nad the two factions based on Da Tou Cai's expressions.
Deep green, expression ꐦ°᷄д°᷅, wanting to stay in Chang State, turning into Original Giants was the Frenzied faction.
Whiter shade, expression o(❛ᴗ❛)o, wanting to leave Chang State to return to their holand, turning into supre cubes was the Bo faction.

Due to the connection through the sacred tuft with Zhang Ze, Da Tou Cai sensed so of Zhang Ze's thoughts.
"Just code nas, don't worry about it, you continue." Zhang Ze laughed trying to cover up.
"Oh." Da Tou Cai closed its eyes and continued sharing the mories with Zhang Ze.
Initially, despite differences, the two factions coexisted peacefully, with the green Da Tou Cai patrolling Chang State as usual, maintaining the environnt and continuing to build their ho.
While the white Da Tou Cai nestled in Luoyu Mountain, conducting research on the black stones, uncovering past secrets, searching for ways to leave Four Continents.
Zhang Ze, "Isn't that pretty peaceful? Why are you fighting?"
Da Tou Cai, "We were coexisting peacefully until those white folks found the spark."
