Thinking about it, it did seem likely since there were those cultivators that reached immortality that would be able to ascend to upper realms. At the very least, that proved that there were other worlds out there above the one that the cultivation continent was on.
Since there were other inhabitable worlds, that ant that there was the chance that there would be aliens as well.
It really seed like anything was possible in this world filled with cultivators, magicians and knights, and all kinds of other things.
But then after thinking about it, Lin Fan couldn't help feeling that there was an even simpler explanation for this. There was another continent that was filled with technology that was considered much more advanced than all the other continents.
It wouldn't be strange if that continent had things like flying machines.
Though it didn't make sense that they would just abduct cattle like this. It didn't seem like there was anything to gain from abducting cattle alone and doing this would eventually catch the attention of the powerhouses of the Five Great Sects.
So it really didn't seem like this was sothing that was linked to that technologically advanced continent.
Only there was no other explanation that would explain what happened here.
That was the only explanation that would make sense since the other explanation was that aliens existed and they ca down to abduct cattle.
That just seed too ridiculous of an explanation…
Once the minister of the left was finished with his report, he looked at the ministers as if he was waiting for them to say sothing.
However, there wasn't a single minister that said anything.
In the first place, it wasn't as if they even believed that these matters were important enough to discuss. The looks on their faces showed that they clearly believed that these matters were the work of spirit beasts or so other explanation that would easily cover this up.
They didn't believe that there was anything significant about this.
The minister of the left slowly revealed a disappointed look when he saw them like this.
Even Mu Bao Bao revealed a disappointed look when she saw that none of the ministers and generals were saying anything.
Once Mu Bao Bao looked disappointed, that was when the ministers and generals beca worried.
They weren't scared that she would punish them, they were more scared that she would take so kind of over the top actions to deal with this matter. They were the most afraid of the things that she was capable of.
So they all thought about it before turning to look at Lin Fan.
The minister of the left and Mu Bao Bao also turned to look at Lin Fan, with their expressions changing when they looked in this direction. They looked at him with expectant looks that were different from the looks that they gave the ministers and generals.
It was as if they could only expect him to give them a solution that would satisfy them.
But Lin Fan still had that look of deep thought on his face as he was still debating whether this was the work of another continent or the work of aliens.
It was a long while before Lin Fan finally looked up at the minister of the left to ask, "Are you sure that there wasn't anything else found? There weren't any sightings by anyone on the scene?"
The minister of the left slightly knitted his brows when he heard this, but what seed to be hesitation on his face which lasted for a while, he finally said, "There were so witnesses that saw the scene in question, but the testimonies that they gave…"
As his voice trailed off, it was clear what he was implying.
Lin Fan had already been expecting this, so he said, "Just tell . No matter how ridiculous it sounds, I want to hear it."
The minister of the left gave a slow nod, but it still seed like he was uncertain.
"There were a few people that saw flashing lights in the sky before finding the place where the crop circles were. There was even one person that said that there was a beam of light that ca from the sky that sucked up one of their cows."
The ministers and generals all looked like they thought these people were crazy when they heard this. Even the minister of the left and Mu Bao Bao had their doubts on their faces as he said this.
But it was different for Lin Fan.
There was a strange look that was on his face when he heard this.
"Is it really aliens?" He couldn't help secretly asking himself, but he soon threw that thought out of his mind.
In the first place, it wasn't as if there had even been proof on earth that these things were related to aliens. So it wasn't as if he could just assu that these things ant that aliens were stealing these cattle.

It just ant that there was an unidentified flying object going around the borders of the Mu Empire.
"Do you have a map of the area that these cattle abductions happened in?" Lin Fan suddenly changed the topic by asking this question.
The minister of the left was a bit caught off guard by the sudden change, but he was well prepared. With a simple nod, he snapped his fingers and there were two aides that ca over with a board that had a map on it.
This map had clearly marked out all the different areas that these abductions happened in.
It didn't take a genius to see that there was one area that these abductions were centralized around. However, looking closely, one could see that the minister of the left had already marked all the important resources that were in that area.
It didn't seem like any of the abductions happened in areas where there were important resources.
So it really seed like there was no plan behind these abductions at all.
It didn't seem like there was an actual target that they were hitting with these abductions.
After thinking about it, Lin Fan turned to look at the ministers and generals to say, "Have there been any soldiers posted in the area to watch out for their return?"
The ministers and generals were surprised to hear that Lin Fan was directly questioning them. There were even a few of them that seed like they were a bit insulted because of these words from him.
But before any of them could say anything, they saw that Mu Bao Bao was looking at them with narrowed eyes. They could feel the pressure that ca from Mu Bao Bao, so it wasn't as if they could actually say anything hostile towards him.
So the only thing that they could do was reveal awkward looks and shake their heads.
After seeing this, Mu Bao Bao said, "What do you think you're doing? Do you think that the reports that co in aren't worth anything? Do you think that your jobs are to just ignore everything that we received?"
Even more awkward looks appeared on the faces of the ministers and generals when they heard this.
After all, in their hearts, they really didn't think that this matter was that important in the first place. They didn't believe that there was any deeper aning behind this matter, so they had wanted to ignore it.
But now, with both Lin Fan and the minister of the left escalating the matter, they had no choice but to respond to it. And the fact that they thought that this wasn't an important matter in the first place ca to bite them in the butt.
Seeing that they didn't say anything and just revealed awkward looks, Mu Bao Bao slamd her fist onto the armrest of her chair before roaring at them, "Then why aren't you doing anything? Go and take care of this matter right away."
As if they had been pardoned, the ministers and generals quickly nodded in agreent and went to take care of this matter. But as they were leaving, they didn't forget to look at Lin Fan and the minister of the left one last ti with glares in their eyes.
They wanted to make sure that the two of them could see that they weren't happy with the way that they acted.
It was just that Lin Fan and the minister of the left just ignored them as they turned back around.
Once all of the ministers and generals were gone, Mu Bao Bao looked at Lin Fan to ask, "What are you thinking about? What are you planning to do about this?"
Lin Fan hesitated for a mont, but he eventually said, "I'm going to that place as well. I need to take a closer look to see if this is sothing special."
"How certain are you?" Mu Bao Bao asked after a pause.
It wasn't that she was doubting Lin Fan, it was just that there was too little evidence.
Lin Fan slightly knitted his brows before saying, "80%."
At that, Mu Bao Bao said with a nod, "Then go quick and co back soon."
