The group from the Laver Empire was a group of people that Lin Fan and Rokuko didn't recognize at all.
But because of the dungeon system, Lin Fan was able to tell that these were humanoid monsters from the dungeon. They were just like the workers that had been hired to work at the inn.
However, it was clear that these humanoid monsters from the Laver Empire were much stronger than the ones that were working at the inn.
These were humanoid monsters that had been with Haku for a long ti, so they should have developed quite a bit. They were much stronger than the humanoid monsters that had just been summoned for the sake of working in the inn.
Since they had the banner of the Laver Empire behind them, it was easy for them to receive everyone's attention.
But it seed like they had so tact as the leader of the Laver Empire group said, "Is there sowhere private for us to talk?"
Seeing the way that everyone was around us, Lin Fan gave a simple nod before leading them to a private room in the inn.
This was a room that had been built just for monts like this.
Though there was also the building for the Adventurer's Guild, that place was for the Adventurer's Guild.
It just wasn't as secure as a building that was made by Lin Fan and Rokuko that they controlled completely.
Though in reality, the building for the Adventurer's Guild was also created as part of the dungeon. So it wasn't as if they couldn't see what was happening in the Adventurer's Guild if they wanted to.
Once they ca to the private room, the leader of the Laver Empire group suddenly said, "There's a problem."
Both Lin Fan and Rokuko couldn't help revealing confused and concerned looks when they heard this.
After all, this certainly wasn't what they had been expecting to hear from this person.
After a mont of silence, Lin Fan slowly asked, "What do you an by that? Is there sothing wrong with the plan?"
The leader of the Laver Empire group just said with a shake of their head, "It's nothing like that."
Seeing that Lin Fan and Rokuko revealed even more confused looks, the leader of the Laver Empire group said, "It's like this…Her majesty has disappeared."
"Huh?" Both Lin Fan and Rokuko were shocked to hear this.
For the empress of the Laver Empire to disappear, they felt that this was a very serious problem.
Or at least it was far more serious than the way that this group was acting.
It felt like they were underreacting to what had happened. It really seed like they were too calm for the fact that Haku was gone.
But with the way that they acted, it really felt like there was a reason for them acting this way.
It felt like they knew sothing that they hadn't said out loud yet.
"If there's anywhere that the empress would go, it would be this place. After all…" The leader of the Laver Empire group slowly turned to look at Rokuko before saying, "Your highness is here."
Both Lin Fan and Rokuko revealed bitter smiles when they heard this, but they didn't deny what the leader of the Laver Empire said.
After all, they felt that it would be sothing like this.
That was the reason why Lin Fan had said that Haku was quite impatient earlier.
After all, he thought that she had co to find Rokuko as well.
Turning back to look at Lin Fan, the leader of the Laver Empire group asked, "Will you help us find her majesty?"
Lin Fan found that it was the entire Laver Empire group that was looking at him like this.
Instead of looking to Rokuko for help, all of them were asking him for help which made Lin Fan feel a bit awkward.
No matter how one looked at it, wouldn't Rokuko be the better option?
After all, if one thought about it, Rokuko was the one that Haku ca to see in the first place. So she would actually make the perfect bait to draw Haku in and catch her.
Yet they all looked to Lin Fan.
After a mont of silence, Lin Fan turned to look at Rokuko as if he was asking for her opinion. However, he found that she was already looking at him in the sa way that the Laver Empire group was looking at him.
It was as if she thought that he was the only one that could do this as well.
That just made the look on Lin Fan's face turn even more bitter.
He looked at them looking at him like this before suddenly giving a sigh and saying, "I'll do what I can."
The eyes of the group from the Laver Empire lit up when they heard this before they quickly said, "Then we'll leave this matter to you."
With the way that they said this, it was almost as if they were afraid that Lin Fan would regret this decision. It seed that they were trying to push this matter onto him before he could have second doubts.
And once this matter was settled, they imdiately moved onto the next matter.
"This is for you." The leader of the Laver Empire said before handing over a piece of paper.
Lin Fan didn't say anything as he looked down to see what this was.
However, he couldn't help revealing a surprised look when he saw what it was.
It was an appointnt for him to be the guild master of this branch of the Adventurer's Guild.
This was sothing that they had already discussed previously, so he knew that this was sothing that was coming sooner or later. It was just that he was surprised that it was the Laver Empire group that was delivering it.
He thought that what they would give him was so kind of formal appointnt from the Laver Empire for his position as the mayor of this village.
However, they gave him sothing that he didn't expect.
When Lin Fan looked up, he looked at the Laver Empire group with one brow raised as if he was questioning them on this.
However, the leader was already prepared for this, "This is just another copy that we brought for you. The official copy should have been sent to the Adventurer's Guild branch that was built here and they will discuss this with you soon. We just brought this copy so you're aware and can prepare for when it happens."
This was certainly sothing that could have been done with a letter…
But Lin Fan knew that he wasn't the reason that they had co all this way.
It was all because Haku had run away that they had to co to this village.
Since that was the case, Lin Fan just said, "Then do you want to search around the village? I'll help you out with the hidden tunnels that we've built. That should be easier for you to find who you're looking for."
The leader of the Laver Empire group seed to hesitate a bit, but they nodded in agreent in the end.
It seed that they didn't want to search with the way that they were acting, but Lin Fan could guess why that was the case.
If it was seen that a group of people from the Laver Empire were in the village, there was no doubt that Haku would hide herself when she ca near this place. So they wanted to leave and hide themselves in a place that was near here for when Lin Fan found her.
However, since these tunnels were a part of the dungeon and hidden, they couldn't help hesitating.
If they were closer, it might actually help Lin Fan in capturing Haku when she showed up.
Seeing that they agreed, Lin Fan was about to lead them down into the dungeon.
Though it didn't seem like he was going to go out the door and head back into the inn. Instead, he turned to face the other side of the room as if he was going deeper into the room, but it wasn't as if there was anything there other than a wall.
However, that wasn't the case as this inn was technically part of the dungeon.
If he willed it, he could easily access the dungeon from here.
Only before he could open up a passage down into the dungeon, there was sothing that seed to have caught his attention.
It wasn't sothing that anyone else could see, it was sothing that only Lin Fan could see.
Well, Rokuko also seed to react to sothing as well.
The two of them were silent for a bit before they looked at each other. When their eyes t, both of them revealed bitter smiles at the sa ti.
That was because they had received the sa notification at the sa ti.
It was sothing that was related to the matter at hand.
"As expected of her, she really couldn't wait." Lin Fan said this and Rokuko nodded in agreent.
The group from the Laver Empire seed confused when they heard this, but they didn't say anything as they waited to see what Lin Fan would say to explain this.
Neither Lin Fan or Rokuko said a thing when they saw them looking at them like this.
It seed like they were staring at sothing else with the way that they were looking forward.
But in the end, Lin Fan said, "Co, I think you'll want to see this."
