With a wide smile, Ye Qing Huan said, "Good job stirring the spirit beasts."
Lin Fan just shook his head before saying, "It's not that easy bringing them here. I suffered quite a bit."
Only Ye Qing Huan didn't seem to care about his complaining at all as she just casually slapped him on the back and said, "Alright, let's go and get that lotus while they're all distracted."
But before she could do that, Lin Fan reached out to stop her before saying with a shake of his head, "It's not the right ti yet. Let's wait a bit before we do that."
Ye Qing Huan just looked at Lin Fan as if she had one brow raised in doubt, but he didn't say anything as he watched them fight.
It wasn't a problem for him to sneak up and take the Divine Stand Lotus, but he knew that there was a better way to do this than to take the Divine Stand Lotus. It was fully possible to take the Divine Stand Lotus now, but there was more to gain from waiting.
In the end, Ye Qing Huan didn't do anything as she waited to see what would happen.
If she wanted, it wouldn't have been a problem for her to take the Divine Stand Lotus from under their noses.

Though they were working together, Lin Fan could see that there were so gaps in their formations.
It wasn't that they couldn't work properly with each other, it was rather that they were creating these gaps in their formation on purpose. It seed that they were trying to plot against each other with the way that they left gaps in their formation.
They were trying to figure out a way to take the Divine Stand Lotus from the rest of them.
After all, it was impossible for them to actually cooperate with each other fully when they were from different sects in the first place. Everyone cared most about their own benefits, they wouldn't sacrifice that just for soone from another sect.
So in the end, it was a tight balancing act where they allowed gaps for the spirit beasts to attack while also keeping themselves safe.
That was until…
"You! What are you doing!" One of the people from the righteous sects suddenly shouted at another one of the people from the righteous sects. Though they were from different groups and different sects with how they acted.
The one that was being accused looked right back at the accuser before saying, "I should be asking you the sa thing. If it wasn't for the fact that I had reacted fast enough, then both of us would have been injured."
The two of them just glared at each other as if neither side would back down.
But in the end, they had no choice but to stop since they weren't in a position that allowed them to keep arguing about this.
There were still spirit beasts that were all around them that were trying to attack them.
Though these Qi Condensation Realm Spirit Beasts didn't actually pose any threat to them, it wasn't as if they could be as relaxed as they wanted to be when surrounded by them.
After all, there were Golden Core Realm Spirit Beasts that were hiding among the Qi Condensation Realm Spirit Beasts.
If they were to make a move, it would pose a threat to these people from the righteous sects.
But this wasn't the only incident that happened.
While they had already expected such a thing to happen since they were clearly plotting against each other, for all of these incidents to happen was just too strange. It really seed like there was sothing that was happening behind the scenes.
Even then, they didn't want to give up the Divine Stand Lotus.
"We have to do sothing." This was the only thought that passed through everyone's mind as the situation beca worse and worse for them.
Through these ambushes, they had actually been injured by the spirit beasts.
So even if they wanted to persist, it wasn't as if they could keep going for much longer.
"Screw it, I'm going all out!" He Cang suddenly said before raising his sword above his head.
The mont that his sword was raised, there was this sword energy that was gathered around it.
Though he was supposed to be hiding his identity, the fact that he did this made it very clear which sect he ca from. Only He Cang didn't seem to care at this mont since he was only thinking of one thing.
"Do it!" He shouted at his subordinates before swinging out with his sword.
The mont that he swung out, there was this wave of sword energy that swept out at everyone that was here. It didn't seem like He Cang cared about who he was attacking, he was just trying to push everyone that was here away from the Divine Stand Lotus.
When they saw what He Cang had been doing, the others had already guessed what he was about to do.
That was why they had already prepared to move away before he could even release this wave of sword energy.
The spirit beasts on the other hand weren't as lucky as they were swept up in it and there were different cuts that appeared on them. It didn't seem like they could resist the sword energy at all with how they were cut to pieces.
During this ti, He Cang's subordinates had already moved to where the Divine Stand Lotus was and was preparing to take it. But the mont that they ca close, they were shocked to find that it was gone.
They quickly looked around the area, but they couldn't find a single trace of it.
It was as if one mont it had been there and the next, it had disappeared without a trace.
Once the wave of sword energy passed, He Cang went over to take the Divine Stand Lotus for himself. But he couldn't help knitting his brows when he saw that there was no Divine Stand Lotus.
He narrowed his eyes to look at his subordinates as if he was questioning them, but they just held their hands up and insisted that they didn't have it.
After a while, he let them off.
He Cang knew that they wouldn't dare to lie to him in a situation like this since they knew that he would deal with them once they went back if they were lying to him.
At the sa ti, there was no ti for him to waste since the others from the other sects were here. They imdiately rushed forward once the sword energy disappeared.
"I don't have it!" He Cang shouted at the rest of them.
He didn't want to take the fall for this if he didn't really have it.
Only it didn't seem like a single person believed him with the way that they were still charging at him. It was clear that they were planning on using action first before using their words second.
If they subdued him, then they would be able to search him all that they wanted for the Divine Stand Lotus.
"Just give up!" The others all said as they charged at He Cang.
Of course, he wouldn't let them take him down that easily.
Once again, he gathered his sword energy.
Though this ti, he couldn't help spitting out a mouthful of blood as he did.
It was clear that he had overstrained himself doing this twice, but He Cang really didn't have another choice with how everyone was surrounding him. If he didn't do this now, then he wouldn't have a chance to do it in the future.
Seeing that the wave of sword energy was coming again, the others all suddenly stopped charging forward and moved back. They all went out of the way to avoid this wave of sword energy that they thought was coming.
But it was nothing more than a bluff.
Once they backed away, He Cang didn't waste any ti in running away.
He was so desperate that he didn't even seem to care about the subordinates that ca with him. Though it wasn't as if they wasted any ti at all when they saw that He Cang was running.
Once they saw him run, the rest of them all chased after him.
With the commotion that they caused, the spirit beasts also chased after them.
No one noticed the group that had been watching them from the trees.
