None of the core disciples were interested in going anywhere else after their trip into the dungeon.
After all, there was nothing for them to do now that they had finished their dive in the dungeon.

Lin Fan knew that them involving him wasn’t simply because he was here, it was their way of testing him and the Love Sect.

Among the core disciples, the Mu Empire could be considered one of the stronger countries.
Which was why they wanted to see if they could bring Lin Fan’s influence under their own.
Of course, they needed a proper reason for doing so.
That was why they were betting with Lin Fan to see how the Love Sect would do in this tournant. If the Love Sect didn’t do too well, then it was possible for them to step in and offer their guidance.

They would do all that they could to worm their way in and take control.

If Huang Xie didn’t split all of those resources with her, then it would have been likely that he would have already reached the Golden Core Realm.
So when faced with soone who was only in the Low Qi Condensation Realm, there was nothing that the other person could do.
In the end, it was an overwhelming victory for Xiao Ming since she won in a single move. At the sa ti, she beca the center of attention because of this one thing and everyone started taking note of her.
