A few more days passed before the death energy in Death Valley started to subside.
It was a slow decrease at first, but soon the pockets of dense death energy around Death Valley started to fade. Once the pockets of dense death energy faded, the elixirs that had been created also faded.
That ant that this was the end of the trip to this Death Valley.
Though it was the end of this training session, there were many disciples of the Love Sect that were excited about this period that they spent in Death Valley.
That was because most of them had gained quite a bit from this training session.
Not only did they gain confidence and independence, they had all beco stronger because of the elixirs that they found. All of them realized that Lin Fan had brought them here to make them stronger.
So they were all grateful to the sect master for bringing them here.
Only Lin Fan didn't seem interested in how strong the disciples of the Love Sect beca.
He already knew that they would beco stronger since they were receiving the blessing of the Heaven's Chosen. Since they were benefiting from the providence of the Heaven's Chosen, Lin Fan knew that they would beco much stronger than others in the sa generation.
What Lin Fan cared about the most was how strong Huang Xie had beco.
The whole reason that they ca here was because Hei Gui wanted to find so treasures that would help Huang Xie's physique improve.
At the sa ti, Huang Xie beca even more determined to beco stronger after Lin Fan ca back from the place under Death Valley.
It was as if he felt ashad that he wasn't able to do anything.
Lin Fan heard that he had tried many tis to open up the entrance to the land under Death Valley, but he hadn't been able to do anything to that entrance. There was nothing that he could do against this sealed opening.
After all, the seal had been placed by the All Ti Sect, a sect that was comparable to one of the Five Great Sects.
It wasn't as if Huang Xie would be able to break through it that easily.
Lin Fan was also certain that Hei Gui wouldn't tell Huang Xie how to break it since he didn't want Huang Xie going down like Lin Fan did.
With this motivating him, Huang Xie had found all of the elixirs that Hei Gui recomnded to him to improve his physique. At the sa ti, Huang Xie went and found a bunch of other elixirs that were beneficial to him that made him even stronger.
Huang Xie had reached a point where he was incomparable to how he was before.
Or at least that was what the others told Lin Fan.
That was why Lin Fan was curious just how strong this disciple of his had grown.
Though thinking about it, it was hard for Lin Fan to call Huang Xie his disciple in the first place. Most of what Huang Xie learned ca from Hei Gui and the only thing that he had really done was take him into the Love Sect.
Well, that and helping Huang Xie awaken his physique.
Beyond that, it wasn't as if Lin Fan had taught much to him.
Still, this was a chance for him to act like a master for once.
"Let's have a spar." Lin Fan said to Huang Xie this morning.
Huang Xie was caught off guard when he heard this, but he nodded in agreent when he ca back to his senses.
There was a part of him that wanted to see how strong he was compared to this master of his.
He already knew that his master was strong, but Huang Xie had no idea just how strong his master was since he had never seen him fight for real.
Of course, it wasn't as if Huang Xie was planning on stealing the position of sect master from Lin Fan when he beca stronger than him.
He just simply wanted to help Lin Fan unlike before where he was left behind.
When the others heard that there would be a spar between Lin Fan and Huang Xie, they imdiately gathered. Everyone was curious to see just how strong Huang Xie had beco.
They weren't fools and they had seen Huang Xie running around this Death Valley during this ti. So it was only natural that they would be curious just how strong Huang Xie was now.
It wasn't just the disciples, but also the elders who were curious.
After all, the elders had a better idea of just how strong Huang Xie's defenses were and how strong he had beco. They knew that he was actually strong enough to face so of the weaker elders.
This was the first case of one of the disciples of the Love Sect reaching the level of the elders.
Of course, it wasn't as if they were envious or scared of him.
They knew how hard he worked and what kind of talent he had, not to ntion that he was part of their sect. The Love Sect was different from the other sects where everyone had to compete for resources.
The Love Sect gave everyone more than enough resources and if they wanted more, they would have to get those resources on their own which no one was against.
So the mbers of the Love Sect were quite supportive of each other.
Once the two of them were prepared, neither of them made the first move.
Lin Fan wanted to see what Huang Xie would do and Huang Xie didn't dare make a rash move. That resulted in the two of them just standing there looking at each other.
It was just that this wasn't what either of them wanted.
So in the end, it was Lin Fan who made the first move.
When he stepped forward, there was a pressure that fell down on Huang Xie.
He gritted his teeth, but it didn't seem like that pressure was enough to push him down as he stood firm in the face of the pressure from Lin Fan.
There was even the faint green light that appeared around Huang Xie when this happened.
That was the power of his physique.
It had changed from previously where it now looked like a layer of green stained glass around Huang Xie. It seed like it was much thicker and more realistic compared to the protective barrier that he had before.
Lin Fan continued stepping forward and putting more pressure on Huang Xie, but it didn't seem like he was affected at all with the way that his physique blocked this pressure.
Lin Fan gave a satisfied nod when he saw this, especially since he was even using the power of gravity against Huang Xie. He was using that gravity to try and crush Huang Xie, but it didn't seem to be working at all.
Finally, he waved his hand and shot out several icicles at him.
These icicles were no ordinary icicles, they were ice made of Clear Water, which made them much stronger than normal ice elental energy. It was ice that was made from pure water elental energy after all.
They were much stronger than any normal icicles that could have been shot out.
But even then, it didn't seem like Huang Xie was bothered by this at all.
When the icicles hit the layer of green light around Huang Xie, they suddenly froze there in midair as if there was so invisible force holding them. Then before anyone could react, they started flying backwards towards Lin Fan.
They were being shot right back at him with the sa force.
It seed that Huang Xie's physique had grown strong enough that it was even able to rebound attacks that ca at him.
This might have worked if it was anything else that it rebounded, but it didn't work since it rebounded the icicles made from Lin Fan's Clear Water. It only took a single thought from Lin Fan to turn the icicles back into liquid form.
They didn't even make it back to Lin Fan as he stopped their montum with a single thought.
He had full control of the Clear Water, so there was no way for Huang Xie to use it against him.
This ti, it was Huang Xie that took a step forward.
Huang Xie knew that he couldn't do anything if he just tried to defend against Lin Fan's attacks. So he charged forward in an attempt to catch him off guard.
Lin Fan already expected this and moved faster than Huang Xie, attacking him from different angles.
Only it didn't matter which angle he attacked him from, there was nothing that he could do against Huang Xie's defenses.
The spectators were surprised by how firm Huang Xie's defenses were and there were a few people that even wondered if Lin Fan would be unable to break through them.
Lin Fan was certainly surprised by how strong Huang Xie's defenses were now.
It was like he was wailing on a steel ball.
Perhaps Huang Xie's physique would be a good test…
But before that, he wanted to see if he could do anything to Huang Xie with sothing else.
Lin Fan stopped dodging out of the way of Huang Xie's charge and instead charged at him.
Huang Xie was surprised, but he didn't hold back as he raised his fist to punch Lin Fan.
Lin Fan also raised his fist to punch Huang Xie.
When their fists t in the air, there were strange looks that appeared on their faces.
