Now reading: Chapter 127: Meeting Ruxin Again from Wizard: Starting With Synthesized Gems, a Adventure novel by 橘猫龙.

On the second floor, inside a separate compartnt.

Locke walked in with Axi and Andrew. With just one glance, Locke understood why Axi and Andrew, these two experienced potion master's assistants, were at a loss with the current situation.

The second-class wizard apprentice from Virdantia University was lying on the hospital bed, her right side covered with extrely rough-looking vines. Each vine had purple-red roots and stems, with barbs growing from the surface. These barbs had pierced into Ruxin's skin, and the slightest movent would tear her skin, causing her blood to flow freely.

These three vines covered the entire bed, making Ruxin lie there like Sleeping Beauty, unable to move, only able to move her eyes.

The blood flowing from her wounds would also be absorbed by these three magical vines.

These three magical vines were so thirsty for blood that they had grown branches, trying to explore whether there were other living people nearby.

Although the three magical vines were now completely transford, Locke still recognized their original identity: Tiflo Root Vines.

These three Tiflo Root Vines had long been magically transplanted into Ruxin's magical power and could be said to be connected to her soul to so degree.

Now that the three magical plants had betrayed and beco corrupted, the situation naturally beca very complex.

The three magical plants had ford a special magical symbiotic relationship with Ruxin. To treat the curse on her body, they needed to simultaneously solve her problems, the magical plants' problems, and the curse problems on them.

Solving the curse on her body wasn't difficult, and solving her three magical plants wasn't difficult either, but solving both problems simultaneously without harming Ruxin or causing her magical power to decline and ruining her future was too difficult.

But if they let Virdantia University's excellent student have her future ruined after treatnt at Lilith's Cottage, that wouldn't be good for Lilith's Cottage's potionology reputation.

Lilith's Cottage and Virdantia University's potion studies departnts were in competition for quality students.

Reputation was very important for enrollnt.

No wonder Andrew and Axi remained cautious and sought the opinion of their friend.

"The magical plants have undergone malignant deterioration." Locke quickly made his judgnt as both a breeder's assistant and potion master's assistant. "This situation is indeed rare. I've been at the Healing Hand Treatnt Center for so long and read through all the case files, but this is my first ti seeing such a situation."

"Curse energy and magical plants are intertwined, causing the Tiflo Root Vines to undergo malignant inferior degradation."

Locke pondered for a mont, his expression becoming slightly grave.

"This should be a new type of curse magic invented by Blood Curse Court, specifically targeting our Lilith's Cottage. Lilith's Cottage has many wizards and wizard apprentices who use magical plants."

Locke's expression wasn't pleasant as he pursed his lips.

After all, as a breeder, seeing this scene would definitely cause so emotional fluctuation.

To so extent, the other side was here to wreck things.

Curse magic targeting magical plants?

That would affect the sales of his magical plant products.

Andrew quickly nodded, "Indeed so. This is also my first ti seeing such a situation. In the past, Blood Curse Court people at most tried to use curses to disrupt the elental balance of plant magic on us, reducing our spell power and reaction speed. This is the first ti such a situation has appeared."

"I don't know which wizard seed from Blood Curse Court newly invented this. Those guys don't know anything else, but they're fully proficient in how to harm people."

Andrew asked, "Locke, do you have ideas for solving this problem? This person's treatnt fee will be paid half by Virdantia University and half by the academy's higher-ups. After being distributed to us and subtracting costs, we can get about three hundred magic stones."

"If you can help cure her, I'll give you half the magic stones."

Locke nodded with surprise. Actually, patients with serious curses on the second floor generally needed to pay two to three thousand magic stones to be cured.

But the academy and wizard ntors would take the major share, and after subtracting cost expenses, potion master's assistants could only earn less than one hundred magic stones per patient.

But this Ruxin guy could actually contribute three hundred magic stones in fees to them. Her treatnt fee was probably quite sufficient, or the academy's higher-ups had special policy care for her, taking much less commission.

Locke nodded, "Alright, but let's also give Axi so. We three will split it equally. This patient counts as the three of us treating together."

"Anyway, this patient is paying fees equivalent to three people. The three of us splitting it together won't be a loss, and it saves a lot of effort."

He still wasn't as experienced as the two of them in the potionology field, just that they lacked breeding-related knowledge.

So Locke would still need Axi and Andrew to help together later.

Andrew had no objections.

Axi showed a slight smile and said to Locke and Andrew, "Andrew, I told you Locke would be more conscientious than you. I've been helping you for free for so long. Though I haven't helped you much either."

"Locke, thank you."

Andrew spread his hands, shrugged, and showed a helpless expression. "I also helped you with that patient who was hit with the Multiple Self Curse last ti."

Axi's expression soured when she thought of this. Last ti, Andrew's seemingly reasonable but chaotic analysis nearly caused problems. "You still have the nerve to ntion that. I actually thought what you said was right at the ti."

"Fortunately, that guy didn't end up drinking the Twin Flower Soul Condensing Potion."

Locke, after thinking on the side, then spoke, "I've thought of three treatnt plans, but since these are all plans I just thought up and have never tried on others, I want you two to help analyze whether they're feasible."

"Or whether they can be improved and optimized."

New curses were troubleso in this way, all treatnt plans had to be thought up from scratch, so patients were both patients and test subjects.

The most troubleso thing was that if Ruxin were a first-class wizard apprentice, it would be much easier to handle.

First-class wizard apprentices had a layer of magical pressure on their soul surface, so the margin for error would be high. Second-class wizard apprentices were too easy to kill, so Locke and the others had to carefully control the asure, lest they kill her with their treatnt plan before the curse did.

Ruxin on the hospital bed was in very poor condition. Blood loss, out-of-control magical plants, plus chaotic magical power had made her mind sowhat confused, and she dared not move carelessly.

Her blue hair now appeared very dry.

Ruxin opened her eyes, feeling very panicked. She had originally co to Lilith's Cottage with her wizard ntor and Senior Gregor to gain experience and learn.

But who knew that when she went out alone halfway through, she would be ambushed by Blood Curse Court.

At this mont, Ruxin's heart was filled with regret. She really shouldn't have ignored Senior Gregor's warnings and gone out alone. Now she had caused big trouble and was lying on a hospital bed.

She didn't know what fate awaited her.

Ruxin looked at the three first-class wizard apprentice seniors before her, and her heart cald slightly. At least she now had three first-class wizard seniors thinking of ways to treat her.

At the sa ti, Ruxin looked at Locke, and a flash of familiarity crossed her mind.

She felt strange. This was her first ti at Lilith's Cottage. How could she possibly know a first-class wizard apprentice senior from Lilith's Cottage?

But at the sa ti, Ruxin felt like she had seen this first-class wizard apprentice senior sowhere before.

But no matter how hard Ruxin racked her brains, she couldn't rember where.

'I must be confused from illness,' Ruxin thought weakly as she lay on the hospital bed. 'How could I have possibly seen a first-class wizard apprentice from Lilith's Cottage?'

'It must be an illusion caused by my confused mind from the curse.'
