Bronze mbers paid three thousand magic stones per month and could enjoy accelerated ssage sending, as well as special ssage encryption and basic anti-interference functions, with an annual bonus of one thousand ssage sending privileges.
Silver mbers paid five thousand magic stones per month and could enjoy a series of basic value-added services. In addition, they could enjoy more advanced anti-magic interference functions and could create groups of up to ten people, with no limit on the number of ssages sent.
The highest tier, gold mbers, needed to pay ten thousand magic stones per month, which ant paying one hundred twenty thousand magic stones per year. They could enjoy a dazzling array of functions and could create groups of up to two hundred people.
Locke instantly realized that this gold mbership was fundantally a service provided for... the deans of wizard organizations in the southeastern quadrant.
Because only the deans of wizard organizations needed to pull dozens of formal wizards into a group.
The next mont, an information request appeared on Locke's gray mist panel from Dean Thompson inviting Locke to join. With a thought, Locke chose to agree.
Imdiately, an interface called Lilith's Cottage Wizard Association appeared on his gray mist stone tablet. Within this interface, many formal wizards from Lilith's Cottage appeared discussing things.
Locke discovered that those ordinary formal wizards in the academy sent very few ssages in this place, only one or two. Those who sent the most ssages were Halen Vera and Lady Morgana, as well as several other advisors.
Even Senior Advisor Francis was there.
Locke understood the reason. Ordinary formal wizards were probably enjoying the free service and had a limited number of ssages they could send per year, so they were sparing with their words.

The Nigervold Astrology System was maintained and updated by the White Wizard Association and consud quite a lot of resources annually, so of course it couldn't allow First Circle wizards to use it at will.
Being able to provide a basic function for free use was already very good.
Locke saw that Halen Vera had applied to establish a bilateral connection with his gray mist stone tablet, and at the sa ti, within this association interface, sent him a ssage of affirmation and praise.
Locke agreed to his request.
Locke also saw that within this association, Francis had been constantly demanding from the beginning that Lilith's Cottage's First Circle wizards take imdiate action and stop worrying about the plan, and later kept sending ssages to others saying to trust his plan...
Locke was sowhat speechless. So the First Circle wizards in the academy had this Nigervold Astrology System where they could communicate with each other.
Previously, as just a wizard apprentice, he had no idea such a thing existed.
Indeed, the world in the eyes of wizard apprentices and the world in the eyes of formal wizards were fundantally two different worlds.

Locke was searching through these item lists for information currently useful to him.

'I just don't know why there are Second Circle wizards willing to remain in the southeastern quadrant. With the resources of the southeastern quadrant, even for First Circle wizards it's sowhat cramped. They should completely lack the ability to support Second Circle wizards in making progress.'
'Perhaps there's so special reason.'
Locke continued looking at the item list. Since he couldn't exchange for items that could increase magical power, then he'd see if he could exchange for items that could make up for the current situation of having too few spells in his spell pool.
