At noon, Locke arrived at the White Dragon Tower's library. Unlike when he first entered the Plutarch family and no one paid attention to him, at this mont, his status in the Plutarch family was as soone close to Alicia. So many students, and even official wizard instructors from the White Dragon Magic Gem University, nodded and greeted him.

The library in the Land of Six Towers didn't use a point system, aning it didn't require contribution points, but rather used a permission system.

Students or wizards with high status had higher permissions, while students or wizards with low status only had the lowest permissions.

Permissions ranged from high to low, from level one to level seven.

Locke even saw an ordinary official wizard sitting quietly in a corner of the library. He seed to be of commoner origin, not a wizard from the Plutarch family or its affiliated families. He had beco an official wizard purely through talent and so luck, so he actually only had level 4 permissions.

This ant he could barely access any valuable books. He could only sit pitifully in the corner with three apprentice-level reference materials placed in front of him, sitting at a desk by himself with nothing to do.

Locke glanced at the badge on his chest and discovered this guy was actually just a teaching assistant.

As Locke scanned around, he absurdly discovered that so wizard instructors at the White Dragon Magic Gem University were actually only first-class wizard apprentices.

This was simply an absurd and ridiculous thing.

It could be said to be a rare spectacle within wizard civilization.

A First Circle wizard serving as a teaching assistant, a first-class wizard apprentice serving as an official wizard instructor, just because one was a commoner wizard and the other was a direct family wizard of the Plutarch family.

A direct Plutarch family wizard, who according to blood relations could be considered a distant relative of Alicia, wore a badge on his chest representing his position as a wizard instructor at the White Dragon Magic Gem University. He was also the director inside the library.

The White Dragon Library Director saluted Locke. He practically treated Locke as soone close to Alicia and had heard about how Locke clashed with Lord Eric, with Lord Eric suffering losses several tis.

This further solidified this library director's view of Locke. He ingratiatingly said to Locke, "Lord Augustine, hmm? This is... hahaha, you possess the White Dragon Ring and even our Plutarch family's Scorpion Woman Ring. This represents that you are the most distinguished guest of our Plutarch family."

"You have level 2 permissions, which ans that except for our Plutarch family's most core secret knowledge, you can access all other books and literature."

"May I ask what books you wish to access?"

"How may I serve you?"

Locke nodded and said, "Director, I need so information about the Cloud Marsh Cup competition."

This library director's eyes flashed with confusion. He clearly hadn't heard anything about what the Cloud Marsh Cup was.

But the Cloud Marsh Cup absolutely couldn't be so secret knowledge that very few people knew about.

The other party didn't know simply because of one reason: unlike those dwarf general knowledge scholars at Lilith's Cottage who made reading books their lifelong goal, these library directors in the Land of Six Towers were all family wizards holding positions without doing real work. Their knowledge reserves were extrely limited.

Being able to do their own work well was already not easy.

The library director imdiately smiled and saluted Locke, then walked away. Then with a dark face, he started shouting at so commoner wizard apprentices working in the library.

"Imdiately go search for literature related to the Cloud Marsh Cup. Do you know what the Cloud Marsh Cup is? Such profound things, I imagine you certainly don't know, so search slowly!"

"This is what Lord Augustine wants!"

The library director completely ignored those family wizard apprentices working in the library. It wasn't because they had any significant background. They were just students from so low-grade small families of the Plutarch family.

Otherwise, they couldn't possibly co work in a place like the library.

But the problem was, they really didn't have much ability. If he let them go find the materials, it would probably make Augustine wait a whole day.

In this library, those who could actually work were basically all wizards from commoner origins.

Ten minutes later, a first-class wizard apprentice wearing glasses sowhat nervously carried a pile of materials and moved them in front of the library director. "Director, these are all the Cloud Marsh Cup materials in the entire library."

The library director didn't quite believe it. "This fast? You found them in ten minutes? Who are you trying to fool?"

"This is Lord Augustine we're talking about. Even I can't afford to offend him." The director lowered his voice.

That first-class wizard apprentice said nervously, "A week ago, I organized the commonly used materials once, and the Cloud Marsh Cup materials were among them. So I directly brought over all the materials related to the Cloud Marsh Cup."

That first-class wizard apprentice looked at the director with hope. "Director, regarding this year's Rising Star of General Knowledge in the library, I certainly don't dare to have any designs on that, but could you give the spot for Outstanding Library Worker?"

"I want to increase my mana growth speed a bit. Director, I'm almost forty years old. If I can't beco an official wizard before forty, then..."

He looked up, but unexpectedly, even though he had clearly made such a great contribution, at this mont the library director's face was cold as frost, like a block of ice.

The library director coldly glanced at him. "Got it. What's yours will be yours. In the entire library, you're usually the most capable. I see all of this."

This first-class wizard apprentice's face showed so hope. Could it be that this ti he really had a chance to obtain the quota and thus receive the corresponding magical resources?

The mont the library director turned around, his facial expression beca gloomy to the extre. "What are all these commoner wizards thinking? They're all going crazy wanting to get ahead. To actually directly ask for it over a bit of resources, thinking that working hard can get them rewards. Are they crazy? Not docile at all."

"If it weren't for Grand Wizard Sulla, originally wizard academies shouldn't let commoner wizards enter at all. Only wizard noble children should be allowed to enter and study."

"How dare he mock , saying the Cloud Marsh Cup is a common thing. Hmph, that's sothing proposed by Lord Augustine from the outside world. How could it be common?"

When the library director walked in front of Locke, his face once again wore an ingratiating smile. In his view, Locke was a famous potion master from the outside world, a distinguished guest of the Plutarch family, holding two magic tools with important significance in the Plutarch family. His status was so esteed that it might even exceed that of Lord Eric.

Therefore, when this library director served Locke, he was extrely courteous and thoughtful, making people very comfortable.

Locke glanced at this director and shook his head slightly in his heart. Truly worthy of the Land of Six Towers. It was so magical that it couldn't get any more magical.

Locke then focused his attention on the Cloud Marsh Cup competition. He quickly flipped through book after book of materials. It turned out that next to the Cloud Marsh Wetland was a Cloud Abyss, which was bottomlessly deep, going straight underground. Because the Cloud Abyss was bottomless and had an extrely large diater, and because of so special magical air current phenona, a suspended lake ford at the top of the Cloud Abyss. Therefore, the Cloud Abyss was also called Cloud Lake.

Locke looked at the terrain map of Cloud Lake in the book. No matter how he looked at it, for so reason, he felt this Cloud Lake looked like the shape of an eye.

Below Cloud Lake was a bottomless pit. In the crevices of the pit's walls lived many creatures. It was a natural sanctuary and also a garbage disposal site for failed experints from Cloud Marsh Wetland.

Among them was a group called [kani People], prosthetic synthetic humans who had escaped from a Necromancy School prosthetic synthesis laboratory in the past thirty years. They were currently developing and growing there, damaging part of the white wizards' economy.

Locke quickly flipped through the materials. "The kani People are the purpose of holding the Cloud Marsh Cup. This experintal life form ca from an out-of-control special-grade project product from a university at Cloud Marsh Lake. They are a type of tal life form created through cooperation between alchemists and prosthetic masters among black wizards, loaded with a large number of chanical weapons from the chanical magic sub-direction of the Alchemy School."

"Holding the Cloud Marsh Cup mainly has two purposes. First, to eliminate this experint that went out of control."

"Second, eliminating this out-of-control experint will definitely require consuming a large amount of funding. Because it involves a Second Circle wizard's experint going out of control, the kani People are very powerful. Therefore, the Cloud Marsh Cup uses competition to support the war, using the kani People to select talented breeders from the Eastern Border Zone."

"Using magical plants to counter chanical alchemical prosthetic humans."
