As for the astral world and nightmares, they were born around the sa ti, establishing a new form of resource race, that is... spiritual resources. One positive, one negative, they divided faith and fear, ultimately becoming the only two primary spiritual planes."

He gained a deeper understanding of the cosmic rules in this universe.

The Emperor patted the giant dragon’s back.

The Star Horse also looked worried.

Lady Olisa said:

believe in Levi. We just saw;

The Emperor of Ten Thousand Beasts was full of mixed emotions.
With his companion gone, he was left with only a level-10 early-stage Star Horse and a level-9 late-stage Legendary Creature, the phantom beast.
Though he is at level-10 middle stage, his actual combat power is just at an early stage. This is the limitation of a Beast Master. Luckily, his wife is still level-10 middle stage, and there are a few successors among the Twenty-four Heavenly Kings. With his lifespan, it should be enough for the civilization to grow again.
After assimilating into Nora, the future is uncertain. However, after interacting with Levi, he believes that perhaps this is not a bad thing, but rather an opportunity for the Beast Master civilization.

Here, Divine Kingdoms stand in great numbers, more so than those of the Father and Blood Fire Dominator. The power of the Lord of Chaos might not be number one in the astral world, but his influence certainly is.
His followers are many seen as evil gods in the eyes of ordinary people, not as magnificent and just as the seven orthodox gods, and thus they have always been suppressed by the seven orthodox gods in Nora.

Father of Plagues, Lord of Doomsday, Grand Duke of Death, Lady Famine... each is an interdiate divine power user, except for the Father of Plagues, whose God’s Incarnation was slain, causing Him to fall from His realm, now only a weak divine power, no longer as arrogant as before.
