On both sides of the grand hall were 26 Nightmare Monarchs gathered over the years, and the recruitnt was still not complete, with more Monarchs to join in the future.
At the Level 10 Late Stage, there were four: [Black Heart Demon Lord], [Arrogance Demon Lord], [Void Demon Lord], and [Cross Death Monarch].
The three Demon Lords were old friends of the Devouring Sky Demon Lord, representing the power of [Greed], [Arrogance], and [Lust] from the Seven Deadly Sins, being incredibly strong.
The Black Heart Demon Lord wore a black robe, with narrow eyes and pupils like a rat’s.
The Arrogance Demon Lord carried a huge black mountain on its back, exuding an aura of supremacy.
This giant mountain was its Illusion Artifact, of boundless power. Because it always carried it on its back and never put it away, it was also known as the [Mountain Carrying Demon Lord].
The Void Demon Lord was tall and slender as a twig, with dark eyes, sallow skin, and a listless pallor, appearing weak but handso.
He looked like soone who indulged excessively.
The last one, the Cross Death Monarch, was an old friend of the Lost Monarch.
Such a luxurious lineup aroused the heroism in each Monarch present. Even the Ghost Alley Monarch, who was previously frightened by the Dusk Palace Master, felt emboldened.

Mana analyzed that it might be because Levi and Mana jointly ruled the Ancient Banyan Fairyland, and as natives born of the fairyland, they naturally felt a kinship with Levi.
Mana told Levi not to mind and even said that Levi was taking advantage of her, which Levi should be secretly pleased about... leaving Levi speechless.

After 450 years of reaching the nine rings, Levi stepped into the Nine Rings Perfect Realm. His consciousness entered his mind, feeling the changes of the Chaos Holy Soul.
For a mont, he seed to glimpse an era before the Primordial, before the chaos had opened in the universe’s inception, where there was no matter, no spirit, no space-ti...
This was true nothingness.
"What is this? The universe’s starting point?"

Eventually, he discovered a pure white sphere.
It was like a yolk. If the surroundings were "absolute void," then it was "all-encompassing," the antonym of "nothing."
"Could it be that our universe cos from such a small mass? What is this? Chaos?" Levi pondered, finding that his Chaos Holy Soul was indeed extraordinary, seemingly able to deduce the mystery of cosmic evolution.

The four great elents of Earth, Fire, Wind, and Water surged and fused within.

They continued to combine like genetic codes, mutating, bringing forth increasingly complex energies.
These energies resembled a periodic table of elents, with so common elents occupying the majority of the universe’s material mass.
But still, there were many unknown elents, not yet discoverable or naable by the wizard civilization at that stage, yet they existed.
Levi watched the evolutionary process like an observer... the chaos split, ether erged, energies mutated... and thus, the embryonic form of the universe began. Concepts of ti and space appeared at this mont, though not complete.
