Ranked fourth in the Pan-Plane, it’s certainly no empty fa.

With the spinning wheel’s winning chances, Ninth-Circle Wizards have a slim chance of getting a Golden Legend; Sauron calculated everything perfectly.
To win, one must desperately hunt Level 9 Demons, Nightmare Overlords, Angels, also contributing to civilization.
Of course, Level 10 Crystal Core can also be used for drawing. .
Each can be exchanged for ten chances, but such things are too rare, even Levi with a 300% luck boost and wealthy resources doesn’t dare try it lightly.
The other major category of Golden Legend items is Legendary Artifacts, mainly acquired oddities, Levi discovered so that might be useful for him and his loved ones, but the winning rate is too low, it’s more convenient to craft them oneself once reaching sufficient strength.
