The Dark Moon Knight embraced Duke Rumon, tears streaming down his face.
Lonely, so lonely here.
Unlike Destruction Heaven, buzzing with life and excitent.
"Hahaha, where is the Qing Niao Knight? That rascal told we’d step into level 9 together, yet here I am and he’s nowhere to be found." Duke Rumon swept his gaze around.
Not long after.
Another figure burst through the doors.
It was a magnificent blue bird, reminiscent of the fabled Green Bird: sacred and grand, its cry crisp and resonant, trailing behind it a radiance of dawn and frost.
"I’ve arrived. The old still have their edge after all."
The Green Bird Knight could not help but exclaim in admiration.
Clearly, he had set foot on the knight’s path earlier.
Yet in the end, it was still Duke Rumon who overtook him on the winding road.
"Hehehe, these days I focused on Knight’s Practice as my main path, Wizard Cultivation as a supplent. I didn’t want to be the last to break through among the Eighteen Riders."
Duke Rumon’s attitude was as playful and spirited as a youth’s.
The Green Bird Knight suddenly understood.

Thus, among the 18 Twilight Cavalry, 15 had already beco level 9 Knights.
Only the Dragon Fla Knight, Peacock Knight, and Snake Knight were but a step away.
Beyond the Eighteen Riders, including the Divine Light Knight, three more level 9 Knights had erged, each near their life’s end but with Legendary Bloodlines.

Phantom Wind Walker and Dream Moon Walker were the first wizards to follow Daydrear—both ntor and friend; they endured endless nights together, awaiting the dawn’s first light.
Atop the Tower of Heaven...
Levi, in resplendent white robes, also wore a grave expression.
In his heart, he sent silent blessings to Dream Moon Walker, quietly waiting.
Ti flowed swiftly; in the blink of an eye, a month had passed.
Yet none saw that lone figure return.
Just as all began to wonder if a miracle like that of the Green Forest Master or Levi could repeat, the Daydrear’s face suddenly changed as he gazed at the shattered soul token.
He closed his eyes, and with a quiet yet sorrow-laced voice declared:
"Dream Moon has fallen."
Levi sighed and said:
"Legendary is hard—harder than reaching the blue do of heaven."
The Legendary Great Tribulation—he, too, could do nothing to overco it.
There were simply too many junctures where the faintest misstep ant death.
The congress had prepared so life-saving trump cards for Dream Moon Walker, hoping that, even if he failed, his life could be preserved; now it seed, without extraordinary fortune,
failure ant obliteration.
Now, all hopes shifted to another Nine-Ring Perfect Wizard:
Phantom Wind Walker.
Three years later.
Phantom Wind Walker was ready.
With the remains of the Nightmare Monarch, he forged a Legendary Artifact: the Wind and Moon Mirror, to commorate his dearest friend and, carrying his last wishes, embarked on the unknown path to legend.
Even the Daydrear could not help but grow anxious.
The other Legendary Wizards also clutched their hearts in worry.
A month later, an ethereal blue bridge appeared over the Sorren Continent. Its surface was like a mirror, reflecting a scene where gentle wind caressed the willows and the bright moon shone upon the river.
A figure seed to step out from the phantom mirror, crossing into reality.
Phantom Wind Walker—triumphant!
In that mont, Legendary might radiated from him; his eyes blazed with passion, his spirit embraced the sky do.
"Dream Moon, I’ve beco Legendary!"
A disk as round as the moon, as bright as a mirror, hovered behind him.
This was his Legendary wizard form: Mirror of Dream and Blooming Flower.
In Sauron’s letter to him, there were but two words:
One was [Wind], the other [Moon].
Wind—dispels the fog, sees through delusion, pierces the real.
Moon—mysterious and elusive, weaves illusions, fishes for the moon in water.
Phantom Wind Walker’s jubilant cry moved all present.
Levi offered his congratulations:
"Congratulations, Phantom Wind Walker, on attaining the legendary path—may your years reach ten thousand!"
The other Legendary Wizards soon joined in their felicitations.
"The School of Dreams flourishes—two have now beco legendary."
"They can already rival the Elentalist School."
"Who could have foreseen that, millennia ago, this was a school without even a single Grand Wizard? Blessings and calamity walk together: Nightmare was a tribulation, but also the School of Dreams’ creation."
Emmon asked:
"Phantom Wind, what is your legendary title?"
Phantom Wind pondered, then replied:
"Mr. Feng Yue."
"Excellent, congratulations to Mr. Feng Yue!"
The next day, the Supre Council proclaid:
Phantom Wind Walker has advanced to legendary, title: [Mr. Feng Yue], legendary profession: [Master of the Wind and Moon Mirror], legendary demiplane: [Land of Wind and Moon], legendary honorific:
[Emissary who rules illusions, sage who listens to the wind and admires the moon].
This newly-ascended legend is possessed of unmatched might.
His Legendary Wizard Tool, also serving as his wizard tower, is nad [Wind and Moon Treasure Mirror]; it reveals and perceives the dreams of myriad souls, thus weaving supre illusions.
Even Level 10 Strongn, should they be trapped inside, might lose themselves and be lost forever.
He is worthy of being called "Little Lost Monarch."
With this, the number of living Legendary Wizards had reached twenty-three.

The number of Nora Great Wizards surpassed 400; Level 9 Alien Experts: 660; for the first ti, the number of Level 9 Strongn exceeded 1,000—holding half of all the Pan-Plane’s power.
Level 10 Strongn: sixty-eight.
Such might, even the Giants could not look down on.
Since being expelled from the Nightmare World by the Supre Will, Levi and the Nora Army had not set foot there again. Now that Nightmare had awakened, further clandestine action was no longer feasible.
