Duke transford his thoughts into a calm and caring stream of spiritual power, transmitting it over: "Just got back to Black Sail, I can sense your spirit is a bit weary, it seems you’ve been quite busy recently. Is Earl Hardy’s health improving? How are things on your end?"
Through the Mark, he could vaguely sense the other party’s state of spiritual power, busy yet orderly, filled with pioneering enthusiasm, like a field being cultivated, brimming with hope.

The council acknowledged the necessity of establishing a systematic apprentice cultivation chanism on the Florence Continent, especially after recent events, elevating the priority of self-defense capability construction on fringe continents."
This flow of information was solid and powerful, signifying the project had received the highest endorsent of legitimacy.
"The support from the Thorn Holy Tower is instant." Vivian’s narrative continued, filled with gratitude and excitent, "Based on the council’s spirit and internal resolutions from the Holy Tower, the support is substantial."
Two Level 1 Crystalization Official Wizards as resident ntors, five Level 1 Gaseous Wizards as assistant teachers, are already in place participating in the work.
The initial batch of construction materials has been allocated, for foundational magic arrays, ditation rooms, and laboratories.
The Thorn Holy Tower also provided ditation techniques, Level 0 magic, foundational subject resources, foundational magic potion seeds, and tool lists, addressing the core issues of teaching materials and knowledge sources for Vivian’s Cottage.
Through the Mark, Duke could not only hear these words but also sense Vivian’s train of thought, orderly amidst myriad tasks, and the sense of fulfillnt from facing challenges and overcoming difficulties.
