Ordinary Wizards who cast this magic would at most use a portion of magic tal material as core casting materials.
But Duke is different; he possesses a large amount of yellow sand that has ingested magical tals as casting materials.

Then, the rift abruptly expanded, a mass of dark red light rushed out from within, colliding directly into the chest of the colossus.
The colossus ca to life.
Its eyes opened, also dark red with vertical pupils.
It glanced down at its own hands, composed of tallic yellow sand, shining with dark golden luster under the sunlight.
Then it lifted its head, looking towards Duke.
Duke’s Spiritual Power established a connection with it.
He could sense the consciousness of this demon god’s shadow stirring in his mind, carrying an elental, frantic, urge to fight.
But it obeyed.
At least for now, it obeyed.
