Delir’s voice beca deep and dangerous:
"No matter what, after Maggs’ avatar is destroyed, there will certainly be a large amount of Void Essence left behind.
Nari left so quickly, there’s no way she could have collected it all."
"Exactly."
Kempes’ body began to move in sync, displaying unified will:
"Since Nari has already left, those essences are ownerless, and we have the right to share in this bounty."
Kro nodded in agreent, though his Ti Observation indicated that the decision contained risks:
"There is indeed risk, but the opportunity is more enticing. This level of Void Essence is usually impossible to acquire."
After the three Apostles reached an agreent, they imdiately tore open a return Teleportation Gate.
The greed overwheld rational warnings, and they couldn’t wait to obtain those precious energy essences.
As they reappeared above the arena, the sight before them left them both shocked and excited.
The entire arena had turned into a twisted Purgatory, with countless twisted creatures struggling for survival within.
And amidst this chaos, they keenly perceived the lingering aura of a large amount of Void Essence.
Though these essences had already fused with other creatures, devouring them would still yield most of the benefits.
"Oh my... this is simply a treasure trove..."
Delir trembled with excitent, and a continuous sound of tolling bells emitted from his church-like body:
"These creatures polluted by essences, each one is a valuable enhancent material..."
"Division of labor."
Kempes quickly devised a tactic, different parts of his body began arranging capture networks throughout different spaces:
"I’ll handle those spatial aberrations, they enhance my abilities best. Delir, you go harvest the Spirit distorted creatures, Kro handles the ti-disordered targets."
"Rember, we must be quick in and quick out."
Kro added, while starting to accelerate the flow of ti around him, making his movents swifter:
"Although Nari has left, it’s uncertain if she might return. We must complete the harvest before she notices."
The three Apostles dispersed, beginning a frenzied hunting operation.
Delir released hundreds of vengeful souls, which attacked the Spirit-conflicted twisted creatures like fierce ghosts.
Each soul had the special ability to extract, capable of slowly pulling out the Void Essence within the targets.
"Hahaha! It’s wonderful!"
Delir laughed maniacally, watching the precious essences continually gather into his body:
"This purity of energy... I can feel my strength rising at an eye-visible speed..."
Kempes also had significant gains.
His spatial network captured more than a dozen spatial aberrations.
The Void Essence within these creatures had already perfectly fused with spatial powers.
"It’s so perfect..."
Kempes exclaid while devouring the spoils:
"That idiot Nari actually gave up on these treasures... it’s a real windfall for us..."
Kro was the most efficient.
He directly accelerated the decay process of those ti-disordered entities, allowing them to undergo a complete life cycle in a short ti, then collect the essence released at death.
"The power of ti... indeed it’s the most efficient harvesting thod..."
Kro looked at his gains with satisfaction, his eyes flashing with greedy light:
"The energy fragnts contained in these essences... are enough to take my Ti Manipulation skills to the next level..."
The three Apostles beca more and more excited as they devoured, gradually forgetting the dangers around them.
The power enhancent brought by the Void Essence filled them with unprecedented satisfaction, and reason began to be obscured by greed.
"This feeling... is just like being reborn..."
Delir imrsed himself in the sensation of surging power within him, his church-body becoming more magnificent and spectacular:
"No wonder the strength of the Supre Apostles is so powerful... turns out they wield this tier of energy..."
"I feel..."
Kempes spoke with a tone tinged with a certain proud emotion:
"Our current strength is already enough to rank high among the Apostles. Maybe after so ti, we could challenge the place of the Supre Apostles..."
"Stop dreaming."
Although Kro was equally imrsed in the pleasure of power growth, his reason hadn’t entirely lost control:
"The strength of the Supre Apostles is far beyond what we can imagine, but..."
He paused, his tone becoming insidious:
"That upstart Nari is another matter.
Her power is strong, but she lacks the corresponding wisdom.
Once we fully digest these essences, it might be possible to..."
"Wait."
Delir suddenly interrupted their fantasy, a sound of uneasy tolling bells emitted from his church-like body:
"Have you noticed sothing... unusual about Nari’s behavior?"
"What do you an?"
Kempes asked in confusion, not stopping his devouring:
"Leaving imdiately after winning isn’t a normal choice?"
"No."
Delir shook his head, a trace of alertness flashed in his eyes:
"She is inherently chaotic, her most significant traits are greed and possessiveness.
There is still a lot of Void Essence here, how could she possibly leave without collecting them?"
This doubt also made the other two Apostles feel uneasy.
Indeed, according to Nari’s personality, she should have scavenged every valuable item on the battlefield.
Actively giving up these essences completely doesn’t fit her behavior pattern.
"Maybe..."
Kro tried to find a reasonable explanation:
"She’s in a hurry to go back and sort out the spoils? Or maybe she’s worried Maggs will call on other Supre Apostles for revenge?"
"Or perhaps..."
