Luther’s arrival made the Bavarian family residence even more lively, and as the host, Halowin naturally arranged a sumptuous banquet, where Rein and Anna both attended.

Rein and his two panions flew on flying mounts and arrived early in front of a magnificent building located at the northeastern corner of Tamriel, outside the sixth ring.

At the spacious gate, eight fully armored guards stood holding swords and shields.
By the fountain at the entrance, stood a sculpture of five vividly animated giant dragons, soaring or diving.

Upon seeing Rein and his two panions slowly land with their flying mounts, the guards seemed accustomed, showing no panic, and stepped forward to say:
"Are you three here to register for the Dragon Knight Reserve?"
"That’s right." Luther nodded and showed the letter.
"The three of you may enter directly, there will be someone inside to receive you."

Soon, as the three entered, Rein finally saw the full view inside.
He noted the area was at least the size of three or four football fields, yet it didn’t seem overly spacious as there were already dozens of flying mounts present in various sizes.
Even among the horned owl beasts, he saw several types, and the largest ones even surpassed Luther’s Chimera.
