President Paul nodded slightly,
"Connect to the front line of the 148th Regint."
The people around didn't understand, but they still helped dial the phone.
"Hello—"
Paul held the handset, "Who's the commander of the 148th Regint?"
"Major Leant Rose!"
He nodded, "Major Leant, this is Paul Constantine Stuart."
"Mr. President, hello!"
The person on the other end spoke with a strong accent, which satisfied Paul, "The evil forces of the United States are approaching our land, I hope you can hold them back."
"For Texas! For President Paul!"
These words hit the nail on the head for him, especially the latter part.
He had long envied how Victor's army would rally before marching with cries of: "Long live Victor!"
Just five simple words, he had longed to hear.
"If you need anything, ask now."
Major Leant Rose paused and then spoke softly, "Oh, Mr. President, we haven't had ice cream for a week, and even the Coca-Cola isn't the original! I've heard the Cal cigarettes ant for us have been wholesaled by those bastards at the back to profiteers. Even our chewing gum is ending up in the mouths of those xican stepdaughters, I hope I can get more supplies."
"I grew up in Texas, and with these, I and my soldiers will dedicate our lives for my land!"
These words left Paul Constantine Stuart with mixed emotions.
"No problem, besides that, I will ensure the logistics send up cigarettes and liquor, making sure every soldier gets so, and I also promote you to Colonel, my Texas boy."
"Rest assured, victory will ultimately be ours!"
After hanging up the phone, Mr. President was still in high spirits, saying to those around him, "I have seen my soldiers and officers fearless of death, they are warriors, be sure to let today's words spread to all the people of Texas, so they know the Lone Star State is forever brilliant."
In the office, there were "educated n" whose main responsibility was to relay such inspiring words.

The deputy nodded, "The Russian arms dealers offered too much money, I wasn't paying attention and sold it all, now what? Brother-in-law."
Seems like their relationship is clear now.
"What are you afraid of, in warti the higher-ups don't give out bonuses, not many people are in it for the money, when the ti cos, just fire a few shots and retreat, it's a gesture of respect for Mr. President."
