Rule the United States!

Jeff Bennett's eyes lit up upon hearing this, and his breathing beca slightly tense.

"And we absolutely cannot let Skull and Bones co to power, a group capable of influencing politics, military, and governance, will find ways to reconcile and compromise, which won't do us any good. Right now, Norman Schwartzkopf can't die; we still need to protect him."

"Understood."

As the two n were talking, Casare knocked on the door and ca in. Jeff Bennett quickly got up to say goodbye and leave.

"Boss, look, this is the peace proposal we ca up with. If it's not enough, we can add more!"

There are about twenty items:

1: Officially cede and restore all or most territories taken by the United States in the 1848 Guadalupe Hidalgo Treaty, including but not limited to California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, most of New xico, western Colorado, southwestern Wyoming, the panhandle of Oklahoma, and parts west of the Rio Grande in Texas!

Just the first clause gives Victor a headache.

This would take the entire life of the United States!

These states are all major economic, political, and military points.

"Would they agree?" Victor thought he was ruthless enough, but those strategists were even more ruthless...

"Negotiation is business. If he disagrees, we'll keep pulling at him. We won now; we need to be tough!"

This statent isn't without rit.

Victor continued reading.

2: The United States to pay 5 trillion US dollars in war reparations, compensating xico for casualties, property loss, infrastructure damage, economic disruption, and historical trauma in this and previous wars (1846-1848). The amount should cover all costs for rebuilding the nation, compensating victims, repaying war debts, and include punitive damages.

3: The United States fully abolishes or renegotiates all cross-border river water resource allocation treaties (especially regarding the Colorado River, Rio Grande, Tijuana River). xico gains absolute control over upstream water sources or significantly increases its allocation share, ensuring safe agricultural, ecological, and urban water usage for the nation.

4: Establish a permanent demilitarized zone, 200 kiloters deep, on the US side of the new US-xico border. Prohibit the United States from stationing any troops, deploying offensive weapons, or establishing military bases in this area, while allowing xico to set up a "xican Economic Zone" using xican police and law!

5: Strictly limit the United States military size, equipnt types (especially nuclear weapons, long-range missiles, naval forces), and military budget, requiring the destruction of certain types of offensive weapons by the United States.

6: The United States must arrest and extradite all military and political leaders and specific personnel accused by xico of war cris, cris against humanity, or cris of aggression to face trial at the xican International Court.

7: xico gains full ownership and control over all existing US energy infrastructure (oil fields, refineries, pipelines, power grids, ports) in newly ceded territories (such as California, New xico) as part of compensation. Alternatively, the United States must pay substantial funds to assist xico in constructing equivalent energy infrastructure within its territory.

8: The United States grants xico permanent, unilateral, duty-free entry privileges for xican goods into the US market for the next 30 years. anwhile, the United States must provide large-scale economic aid and technology transfer, assisting xico's economic developnt without obstructing Arican technicians from entering xico.

9: The United States must unconditionally return all xican artifacts, artworks, historical archives, and cultural heritage illicitly acquired or looted during the 1846-1848 war and thereafter. Establish a special committee for inventory and return.

10: The United States assus responsibility for assessing, cleaning, and repairing all environntal damage (such as pollution caused by bombings or ecological destruction due to military actions) from war, compensating 300 billion US dollars for health costs. 11: Demand the United States recognize the legitimacy of already independent states: Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, South Dakota, Hawaii, and Texas!!!

12: The United States must support xico's pursuit of higher status and greater influence in all international organizations (especially the United Nations Security Council), such as backing xico to beco a permanent mber of the Security Council!!!!

...

Victor felt a bit "embarrassed" reading these twelve clauses.

Especially the twelfth clause, the others wouldn't agree either.

One must know that a major Eastern nation, yes, talking about you, White Elephant, has applied several tis to join the Five permanent mbers, only to agree with four, disagree with one, spending a lot of money but getting played around like a monkey.

xico is remarkable?

Victor hasn't lost his mind. Being able to defeat the United States is because the United States is too close to xico, and barefoot isn't afraid of shoes...

Plus internal issues in the United States fell out, and most importantly, Victor hit a jackpot!

Can you argue with soone who hit a jackpot?

The weapons you've spent decades developing, Victor has made them for you, and not afraid of your embargo actions.

"Revise this twelfth clause; there's no need to impulsively demand the sixth seat. Having nuclear X isn't unique to us alone, but making this request puts us in the line of fire. We need the United States to agree to move Geneva's branch, possibly even the United Nations Headquarters from New York to xico."

"We have to focus on dealing with the United States, not touch the interests of others for now."

Victor isn't Little Mustache, often feeling number one in the world. If the other four permanent mbers were really with xico

Casare smiled broadly and nodded, patting his chest, making the flesh on his belly shake, "Good! Boss, rest assured, leave it to , I'll guarantee he'll peel even if he doesn't die."

Ding Ling~

The phone on the table rang, and a direct call to the Supre Leader's office is no simple matter.

"Hello!"

Casare stood aside watching, just seeing the boss's expression beco very serious, and a bit dissatisfied, "Alright, I got it, also, don't call the office phone unless necessary."

"Just creating problems for !"

"You send soone downstairs to pick up sothing, Krista Schroeder sent so food."

Casare was a bit dumbfounded hearing this but quickly nodded, "I'm on it."

He walked out of the office, carefully closing the door behind him, shaking his head, "The competition for favor has already begun."

"Belsaria! Belsaria, you'd better pull yourself together."

At this mont, the nominal "First Lady" is still sulking.

Victor is soone with a small mind and bad temper, and although it's his fault in principle, unfortunately, he was the principle itself?

Continuing like this could lead to divorce.

Casare only mumbled to himself, after all, these are the private matters of the boss.

One can only hope the First Lady will be smart.

...

Iraq. Baghdad. Babylon Palace!

Located beside the ancient ruins of Babylon city, 80 kiloters south of Baghdad, built on artificial mountains, gazing over the Euphrates River and the ruins of the Sky Garden. The palace is entirely gold in color, richly decorated inside.

Here, Saddam mimics Ancient Babylonian King Nebuchadnezzar II by engraving words like "Saddam Hussein, Iraqi King, Middle East Monarch, Creator of Civilization!" on the bricks, obviously with ambitious intentions.

In the palace, Saddam was throwing a tantrum.

"xicans again! Why do xicans always annoy ? Why are the nursery regint people so incompetent? Can't even handle a single person? Are my soldiers all useless? Uday! What are you up to!"

Uday, sitting below, kept his head down, his expression twitching.

Blaming yourself for inability?

This matter happened in the United Nations; not getting praised was enough, but continuously getting scolded, Uday's dissatisfaction grew inside him.

"From now on, the nursery regint will be handed over to Qusay."

!!!!!!!!!!

Uday raised his head suddenly, with eyes bloodshot, "Father, this is unfair!"

"What? You disagree??" Saddam looked at his eldest son with displeasure, "Get out and think carefully by yourself."

Beside him, Qusay wouldn't hide his smile, sitting quietly like a well-behaved child.

Uday felt his entire body tremble as he stood up.

Why?

Why treat this way!

Haven't I changed enough?

Why haven't you seen it!

As he walked out, he heard Saddam's laughter behind him, turning his head, he saw his brother Qusay happily talking to father.

Uday clenched his fists.

"You forced , father!!!"
