Victor exhaled a smoke ring, using a vulgar but incredibly vivid taphor, "At this mont, you, as 'friends,' bring seven or eight burly brothers with bad intentions into his ho, claiming to help 'watch the house and yard,' to prevent outsiders from harassing. Now, what do you think you guys would want to do first after entering? Work together to guard his wife, or would each of you be figuring out how to first get that pretty wife into your own hands?"
Casare was first astonished, then his eyes suddenly brightened. He carefully chewed over Victor's words and the more he thought, the more he felt a chill down his back, and yet a sudden clarity.
"Boss… Do you an…"
He lowered his voice, with a tinge of excitent and realization in his tone, "The troops sent by NATO, as their numbers grow, their thoughts will beco scattered. Officially, they're here to help, but as ti goes by, seeing the chaos and weakness within the Freedom Alliance, wouldn't they inevitably start having other thoughts? Turning from guests into hosts?!"
"That possibility can't be ruled out."
Victor nodded with satisfaction, "Humans are always greedy. Especially when they're ard, facing a piece of fat. What does the Freedom Alliance have? So defeated soldiers, so useless leftovers, and a bunch of governors and politicians governing independently and suspecting each other. What gives them the right to command the arrogant NATO officers? With those pathetic 'invitations'?"
He scoffed, "Advisory Group? Today can be advisory, tomorrow can be 'guidance,' the day after can be 'supervision!' Staying for a month is fine, pretending for the sake of the alliance. But what about staying for half a year, or a year? When the front line is tight, logistics need coordination, command authority needs unification, benefits need distribution – when the ti cos, who's the host? Who's the guest? When the gun is in soone's hand, only their words matter!"
"Boss, your insight is really too penetrating! I get it now, we can't fight them, instead, we should 'welco' them to land here, even secretly facilitate their smoother, deeper entry into the heart of the Freedom Alliance? Let them get well 'acquainted' with those governors?"
"Exactly."
Victor flicked so ash off the cigar, "What we need to do is watch the fire from across the river, occasionally fanning the flas, setting it ablaze. Let them ss things up themselves, history has taught us many lessons that the consequence of inviting wolves into the ho is that jays occupy the nest. But humanity's biggest flaw is that they never truly rember lessons, they always confidently believe they can control the situation, can use the beast and then put it back in the cage."
"Yet they don't know, there are so beasts, once released, can't be put back, especially when that beast is called 'ambition.'"
He walked to the window, looking out at the bustling street scene of Cancun City, his gaze seed to penetrate space, landing on that piece of North Arican land about to beco even more chaotic.
"Send out the notice, the front line halts the ceasefire."
Casare stood to attention with high spirits and saluted, "Yes! Boss! I'll get it done right away!"
His steps were noticeably lighter as he turned to leave.
Inside the office, Victor remained alone, continuing to smoke his cigar. He picked up a mirror from the desk, looking at himself, his brow filled with many calculations.
That cunning deanor, it's completely unrecognizable as the forr anti-drug Director in Tijuana.
Perhaps…
Just like the United States dia said, Victor has already beco the greatest instability factor in this world!
"Enjoy it well, gentlen. When the guests start complaining about the host's food being tasteless and attempting to cook themselves, that's when this feast truly begins."
