Capítulo 1902: Chapter 812: A Lie Repeated Ten Thousand Tis Is Still a Wilderness!_4
“What have the xicans done in the Great Lakes Region? They are forcibly delineating spheres of influence in North Arica! They’re inciting emotions in Scotland! And now, they’re aiming their cannons at us! Why? Because we represent the dignity and independent path of developing countries!”
Ah San’s spokesperson said passionately, “Today they’re attacking Ah San in the Bay of Bengal, tomorrow their fleet could appear in the Guinea Gulf, in the Mozambique Channel! Brothers of Africa, we cannot stand by! We must collectively be vigilant against this new and more dangerous hegemonism!”
This rhetoric indeed resonated and sparked so private discussions among those in Africa who were wary of xico’s rapid rise or had traditional ties with Ah San. However, this “effect” soon backfired.
May 25. Facing Baba Yang.
There’s no need for Ah San to send a propaganda team here, as Baba Yang’s dia and public automatically took on the role of “fact-checker” and “joyful satirist.”
India and Pakistan are hereditary enemies, and seeing Ah San suffer was like a celebration for the people of Baba Yang.
TV stations repeatedly broadcast battle footage provided by xico, accompanied by cheerful music and the host’s most mocking comntary: “Look! This is our dear neighbor’s ‘invincible’ navy! Warning shots? It’s like a fireworks display for the xicans! … Oh! Hit! Wonderful! But unfortunately, they hit their own propeller! … Look at the fireworks show on the ‘Lanville,’ I wish they could do this every Independence Day!”
The front page of the newspaper wrote in huge letters: “Lies Sunk in the Bay of Bengal: Ah San’s ‘Victory’ and the Reality Check.” The editorial pointedly noted: “New Delhi’s attempt to cover up failure with Rupees and lies only makes the world see more clearly this country’s vanity and incompetence. Perhaps they should spend the propaganda budget on buying a few ships that don’t spin in circles.”
In the streets, teahouses, and taverns, people were enthusiastically discussing Ah San’s “stubbornness” and “ridiculous performance.” “Ah San said they hit a xican warship? Yes, with their General’s shoe, maybe?” Such mockery was everywhere.
Although Baba Yang’s governnt was cautious in its official statents, privately, diplomatic channels conveyed a signal of “understanding and sympathy” to xico and hinted they could “echo each other” in certain international venues. An enemy’s enemy is not necessarily a friend, but at least soone who can be utilized.

The real fatal blow to Ah San’s “global propaganda blitzkrieg” ca from the target they most wanted to shake — xico and the ever-steadfast Victor Reyes.
May 27, xico City, National Palace Strategic Intelligence Center.
Victor looked at the Hydra’s detailed reports from around the world on Ah San’s propaganda team’s activities, including their embarrassnt at London’s BBC, the awkwardness at Paris’s Sorbonne, the small-scale success in Lagos, and the nationwide ridicule in Islamabad. The report also included a large amount of secretly fild and recorded audio and video, docunting these “experts” complaining privately, grumbling about their superiors, and even fabricating details on the spot to cover up lies.
“Twenty propaganda teams, two hundred million US Dollars, and this is what they’ve co up with?”
Casare puffed on his cigar, disdainfully flipping through the report, “Do these Ah Sans think the whole world is as gullible as their dostic populace? Send a few people in uniforms to shout, and they can shout the sunken warship back to port?”
Bramo adjusted his glasses and calmly analyzed: “Their strategy is not completely ineffective. In areas where information is relatively closed, or where there is natural wariness towards xico, such as parts of Africa and Latin Arica, this simple and crude ‘victim resistor’ narrative, coupled with the road paved with money, can indeed create so noise and confuse a part of the audience. In the long run, this will bring a sustained, low-cost nuisance to our international image, like buzzing flies — not deadly, but annoying.”
Victor nodded, his fingers gently tapping the table: “Just swat them like flies. Since they like sending propaganda teams, let’s assign each of them a ‘shadow,’ a ‘recorder.’ Reinhardt’s personnel in Europe should be very good at this.”
He looked at Bramo: “Notify the Foreign Ministry and the global dia network we control to prepare to launch the ‘Truth Magnifier’ plan. No need to refute them directly; it gives them too much credit. Collect all the obvious flaws, inconsistencies, and contradictions with known facts in Ah San’s propaganda group’s public statents. Especially those ‘truths’ we’ve recorded in private. Edit them into a series of short videos, infographics, contrast articles.”
“Then,” Victor’s mouth curved into a cold smile, “select a few of the most influential platforms, like… a side event at the United Nations General Assembly? Or perhaps the world’s highest-rated current affairs program? Release these ‘edited highlights’ and ‘behind-the-scenes recordings’ when their propaganda reaches a small peak, and they think they’ve achieved so ‘success.’ Let the world see what these ‘tragic heroes’ and ‘authoritative experts’ are really like behind the cara.”
Casare’s eyes lit up: “A lethal strike! Boss, that’s vicious! I love it! At that ti, the Ah Sans will probably face collective societal demise!”
Bramo quickly noted: “Understood. We will coordinate with the Intelligence Bureau and the external publicity departnt to ensure the material is precise and the dissemination swift. Additionally, should there be any action at the United Nations level? Ah San might use this propaganda to incite so countries to propose unfavorable motions or statents against us.”
