She stood up and walked to the England map on the wall, which had already been marked with different colored pins for many communities and towns.
"London thinks they're bargaining with a 'protest leader.' We must make them understand that they're facing a new England growing from the grassroots. This England doesn't want charity, it wants power. It doesn't seek reform, it seeks rebirth."
She turned around, her gaze sweeping over her companions:
"Prepare the recording equipnt, prepare contingency plans for if they turn hostile. But more importantly, prepare our 'story'—about why a nurse, a miner, a teacher, and a single mother want to stand up and demand change for this country. The audience for this story is not just London, but every ordinary person in front of a TV, beside a radio."
Recognition flashed in Allen's eyes, as he quickly took notes.
He realized that Sara was growing at an astonishing speed, starting to transcend being a re organizer and evolving into a political strategist. The "guidance" from Hydra is certainly important, but the vitality of the soil itself is key.

Victor put the report down: "Just a joke, India was never our main competitor, not even a competitor. It is rely... a cautionary tale, reminding the world of the endpoint of the old path."
He walked to the giant world map, his finger tracing over Europe: "The Delhi incident has accelerated the anxiety and choices of the Europeans. How many new cooperation requests have we received?"

They are mainly concentrated on quantum computing applications, new energy infrastructure, new cross-border financial channels, and... 'social stability and crisis managent technology support'—seeing the chaos in England and India, they've gotten a bit scared."

Victor said blandly, "Fear drives them to seek shelter. Tell Reinhard that the 'Spring Planting' in Europe can enter a new phase. Move from simply inciting dissatisfaction to providing 'solutions'—our solutions. What we want is not Scotland standing alone, but the British Isles blooming widely, hollowing out London's center completely."
"What about the English Congress? If they really reach so kind of constitutional reform agreent with London?" Casare asked.
"Then help them 'perfect' the agreent." Victor's lips curled slightly, "Provide constitutional draft experts, provide technical support for local elections, provide 'transitional financial managent consulting.' We want the new England Parliant to carry our genes from the mont it's born. Rember, we don't want to occupy England, but to turn it into a vast market and backyard that's open to us, where the rules are partly our making."
He returned to the table and picked up another docunt, a preparation brief on the Olympic closing ceremony.
"The Olympics are about to end, the fla will be extinguished, but what we want the world to rember is not the fla itself, but the power that ignited the fla, the order and capability that presented this event." Victor looked at Bramo and Casare.
"In the closing ceremony, make a short, high-quality summary video. The focus is not on the gold dals, but on our city, our technology, our organization, our people's smiling faces. The ending can include a sentence: Thank you world for coming to xico, this is one possibility of the future. Then, black screen with our national emblem and a small line: the next future, created together."
"Understood!" Bramo quickly noted down.
