"We are deeply saddened by the civilian suffering caused by the xican Drug War, and we are aware that Arican citizens are trapped in Juarez," he said solemnly. "We have urged the Northern xico Prefecture to suspend their offensive plans."

"The Pentagon will temporarily withhold military aid to xico and calls on both sides to cease fire and treat civilians with care."

"The Governnt of Northern xico must withdraw from Juarez imdiately to prevent shells from entering United States territory, which could harm innocent civilians, and report the war situation to the United States!"

Victor’s face darkened as he turned off the TV; the more he watched the spokesman’s skin tone, the more he felt like he was watching Animal Planet.

Kennedy and Casare had somber expressions in the room.

"Boss, the Yanks are trying to use public opinion to force us into compliance, seeking the moral high ground to criticize us," said one of the n.

Kennedy, too, was outraged, "Aricans are such hypocrites! The wars they start are considered just, while ours are controversial? Fuck them!"

"Truth lies within the range of cannons, and dignity within the edge of a sword," Victor declared. "We are small and weak, and the Aricans think they can push us around, but we need to tell them they’re dreaming!"

Victor was the type who wouldn’t be pushed around; tough as nails and unafraid, "I order the Zeus plan to proceed! The 32nd Missile Brigade moves into xicali, targeting California. I want to see how the Aricans try to handle now!"

The 32nd Missile Brigade was secretly ford, not publicized even in the Military Council, known only to a select few.

The brigade was equipped with 20 R-14 dium-range missiles and 9 "Dot-Y" missiles, ready to fire two salvoes. Do you think Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Santiago can stay intact?

I promise you nothing but ruins!

This is all about the thrill and excitent!

You Yanks like to interfere, right? Co on, try us.

"Confiscate the land and companies of northern Arican businessn and freeze their wealth. Arrest the criminals among them and expel the destabilizing elents!"

"And spread all the dirty deeds Aricans have done in xico through the dia."

Victor’s Three Axes left even Kennedy and Casare reeling.

"What we need to do now is to give up any illusions and prepare for battle!"

"Understood, boss!" Casare, the loyal "lapdog," stood up and saluted.

Loyalty!

...

On the chilly morning of October 30th, on the streets of Mo xicali, the capital of Baja California State.

Dozens of newsboys with red cheeks from the cold and caps on their heads were screaming their lungs out, hoisting newspapers.

"Extra, extra! Major drug case uncovered in Sinaloa State, behind the scenes is an Arican pharmaceutical giant!"

"At the port of La Paz on Lower California Island, the National Guard seized a significant case, discovering human captive breeding and organ trading! 67 persons involved, 62 of whom are Arican citizens!"

Each startling accusation appeared in the newspaper.

Many previously half-hidden atrocities were now exposed!

Aricans treated xico like a dumpster, throwing anything and everything into it. In addition to being Latin Arica’s largest drug dealer, xico was also the largest Black Market.

An impoverished xican sells blood for 10 US dollars, while an Arican tycoon can get a blood transfusion for ten million US dollars—the profits are self-evident.

Who’s pocketing the money?

Many people have been caught on the xican side while Aricans are still living carefree.

Victor had long wanted to deal with these people. He kept a close eye on them, and now that relations with the United States had soured, he directly threw out the information, guiding public opinion, and sparking public outrage!

All of this was the General’s address to the public.

At that mont, the urgent assembly call of the 223rd Battalion, Company A of the National Guard rang out.

Santos and his childhood friend Campos were eating breakfast. Hearing the call, they each took a bite of corn and ran to get their weapons and gear.

When they ran down, the company commander glanced at them, "We have orders from above to seal off xicali Pharmaceuticals and capture all personnel. Execute anyone who dares to resist on the spot!"

"Get in the truck!"

The n scrambled onto the transport vehicle, Campos at the very back, clicked his tongue twice at Santos beside him, "xicali Pharmaceuticals, that’s the biggest pharmaceutical company in all of California. I hear it has Arican backing. We’re going to smash their place."

"Are you scared?"

Campos glared, "Scared of what? With the General backing , if we can’t beat them, let the front line troops co in. Counter-terrorism only needs nas, and quelling a rebellion only needs coordinates!"

In the north, not a soul dared to act up anymore; Victor was truly prepared to kill.

The convoy left the barracks, heading for the outskirts of xicali. Santos looked at the scenery outside.

This year, winter had arrived a bit earlier than before.

xicali Pharmaceuticals occupied an area of 17,000 square ters, roughly the kill radius of a missile.

Two security guards sat in the guardhouse at the gate. Suddenly, one fat guard stood up when he heard the sound of engines, eyes bulging, as he nudged his colleague.

"What’s up?" the other asked irritably. "You see a ghost or sothing?"

"Military vehicles, there are troops coming!"

The other stood up imdiately, tense. When he saw the soldiers jump out of the vehicle, his face tightened, "Quick! Call the manager."

The fat guard nodded hurriedly and stood to make the call, but before he could, the door was kicked open.

"What are you doing! Who said you could use the phone? Put your hands on your head and squat down!" Campos yelled at them.

Their faces tensed up, but the guard’s hands didn’t slow. As soon as the call connected, before he could speak, Santos pulled out his gun and sprayed them with bullets!
