The man before him was the head of the Labor Party: Luz Inasi Lu Dasilva!

"Implent policies like mine, make everyone understand that you are the boss. Internal corruption is just like well-fed pigs in front of the army; slaughter them, and you can take the money to develop basic education and improve workers’ treatnt."
The words unsettled the Brazilian governnt delegation standing to the side. Just how severe was corruption within Brazil?
Let’s put it this way...
It is widely known that Brazil produces football stars, but when these stars begin to show talent, they would be contracted by local supermarkets, hotels, and even so car companies. If a European team took interest in them, aside from the fees given to the team, they also had to pay these companies a "developnt fee."
And this money would be split 80% among local officials in charge of tourism and sports, then distributed among other departnts, creating a small business that could generate tens of millions of US dollars in profit every year.

Just then, the secretary rushed over and whispered sothing into Victor’s ear.

Dasilva, curiously, asked, "What happened?"
The secretary looked at Victor, who signaled for him to speak.
He reported the situation in Cancun City.
"My God, how could this happen!"
"Dammit, these drug traffickers..."
An outcry rose all around.
"See, drug traffickers are always vicious at any ti, even if they wear a priest’s robe, they are nothing but bloodthirsty wild dogs!" Victor said, looking at them.
Dasilva was shocked and opened his mouth wide.

"Inform the nation, the Northern Army opposes such acts and demands the cessation of the riots within 36 hours, otherwise, we will take retaliatory asures to ensure the safety of civilians and foreign nationals."
"Yes!"
The secretary standing behind him busily responded.
"I will not allow any civilian to be slaughtered by drug traffickers! They are the most precious treasure of our country, I belong to the people," Victor declared, looking at the "guests" before him.
Luz Inasi Lu Dasilva looked at him with a gleam in his eyes, deeply affirming his words.

Suddenly, thunderous applause filled the banquet hall.
