Chapter 946: Chapter 494: We are brothers, aren’t we?_2

A dozen or so comrades’ lives were lost for this.

The Yanks have guns, and they hit back hard.

We grabbed a few thousand US Dollars, and in excitent, fired a burst. Who would have thought soone would respond?

The sudden scream made them pause, and they glanced at each other, eyes shining.

“A woman, there are survivors here!”

“Over there, in that building!”

“Move, move, move.”

They jumped out of the car, exposing themselves, and ran towards the building where they were hiding.

“We can’t hide anymore, hurry, organize people to the No. 3 escape route,” Lian Jingxuan shouted loudly, picking up the pistol on the table, chambering a round, and standing by the window, watching the shadows.

They’re not dead yet.

Though weapons aren’t allowed, coming to this place without so preparation – aren’t you afraid?

“Got it!”

Other colleagues nodded quickly.

He opened the window and fired a shot downwards, the gunfire startling the drug trafficker, who hurriedly sought cover on both sides.

Pull the trigger and spray!

Bullets hit the walls, making a dull sound.

“Quick, quick, get up, we need to retreat,” shouted the office staff who barged into the next room, furrowing the brows in so displeasure, “Don’t make any more noise, this is a warzone!”

Everyone turned dissatisfied looks towards the woman who had scread earlier, who was still trembling.

“Let’s help each other, the male comrades help the female colleagues with their stuff. The more dangerous it is, the more we n need to show our responsibility.”

“Move, move, move.”

A group of people, like ants, dare not breathe heavily, but their footsteps echoed noisily down the corridor, crouching down.

Pop, pop, pop…

Stray bullets flew everywhere, scaring the already timid citizens to the point they didn’t dare run. The office staff seeing this could only have them hide in another room first.

Also very annoyed in their hearts.

Really want to curse out loud…

Why not choose another tourist spot? Coming to Southern xico, don’t you know this is drug trafficker territory?

Truly f*cking annoying!

Lian Jingxuan held down the trigger, but with a click, the magazine was empty. Panicked as he fumbled for ammo in his pocket, he carelessly exposed himself.

Bang…

A bullet pierced through his shoulder, turning his face pale with pain.

He’s just a scholar, not a warrior.

The drug traffickers below sensed sothing wrong, shouting and advancing in turn as if there weren’t many guns on the opponent’s side.

Lian Jingxuan struggled to get up, the pain numbing his head a bit.

His first thought now.

Was actually whether his son’s sumr howork was done.

Really f*cking annoying!

Roar roar~!!

Seeing the drug traffickers about to charge up, a roar from an engine echoed in the distance, commonly known as “flooring it,” that feeling it would blow any second.

A high beam shone forward.

The startled drug traffickers turned abruptly, instinctively squinting against the light to adjust.

But in that instant, those drug traffickers at the back didn’t have ti to dodge, bang! A loud noise!

The windshield shattered all over, and that man was knocked over ten ters away, his head caved in.

Two soldiers from the 23rd Special Battalion hurried out from the back seat, the door wasn’t even closed, making for convenient access, each with a night vision device clipped to their helts, distinctly dividing roles with three aid shots to the left and right, each firing two shots, no more.

Anyone who has used a gun on people knows, never aim for the lower body, because the hit rate in the legs isn’t high and you won’t die unless a major artery is hit. Usually aim for the upper body, abdon, ribs, chest. A hit in any one of those places generally spells the end.

Colonel Jas Water got out from the front passenger seat and looked at the adjutant, “Is this the Ambassador District?”

“Report to the air command, our advance unit has reached the location, have them confirm with the protection target.”

“Understood!”

The adjutant responded quickly, using the individual communication system to contact air command.

9000 ters above Cancun, an E-3 AWACS circled, serving as the aerial platform providing information to the ground forces. With 1,200 kiloters of range, if you want ground troops to communicate directly with xico City, it’s challenging, only using this as a ‘relay station’ can work.

It can also command the air units and control the airspace.

The notified E-3 AWACS helped connect with Lian Jingxuan.

He, who had been staying upstairs, thought the drug traffickers were fighting each other below, but were they too well-equipped?

Masked to conceal facial features…

Of course, bandits do that too, but anyone wearing a hood is typically elite.

Yet the Indian guy feels justified wearing one?

Speed skating can be deadly.

Buzz buzz buzz…

Suddenly, the phone rang sharply, startling him. He rushed over to the phone on the ground, squatting to pick it up.

“Hello!”

“Minister Lian!”

“It’s , it’s .” Lian Jingxuan replied quickly, recognizing the familiar voice.

“The xican Governnt Forces have sent people, don’t worry. Where are you hiding?”

He imdiately thought of the people downstairs, hesitating a mont, he frowned, “I think I saw them, but I can’t be sure.”

“Walkie-talkie sa frequency, VHF174MHz.”

Lian Jingxuan quickly picked up the walkie-talkie that had fallen not far away, adjusted the channel, and a deep voice in Spanish ca through: “Hello sir, I am the Commander of the 23rd Special Battalion of the xican Air Force. Where are you?”

He remained cautious, “Do you see which national flags are on the flagpole beside you?”

Colonel Jas Water looked around, “France and the United Kingdom.”

Lian Jingxuan let out a sigh of relief, “Hold on, hold on!”

He picked up the phone again, “I’ve confird, thanks! Thank you!”

As he ran out, he saw two colleagues jogging towards him. Seeing him, they looked delighted, but when they noticed the wound on his shoulder, their expressions tightened.

“Xiao Li, you ca just in ti, head downstairs quickly. The xican Special Forces are here to rescue us, go bring them up. Xiao Bai, go tell the people not to worry, the troops are here, we’re safe now.”

Lian Jingxuan felt a bit weak in the legs. After being shot earlier, his entire body was on adrenaline, his mind unusually clear, even when making calls he didn’t feel pain. But upon hearing the rescue forces were here, the breath held in his chest suddenly released.

Now he finally felt dizzy.

“Oh oh, alright alright!”

The young man nad Xiao Li rushed down the stairs and quickly reached the bottom. Hearing the noise, Colonel Jas Water raised his gun.

“Don’t shoot, chino, chino!” He pointed to the national flag on his chest.

Colonel Jas Water lowered his weapon; his orders were to rescue the trapped Chinese people. Squinting his eyes, he said, “Please take to your commander.”

“No problem, follow .”

“Sankara, fire a red flare signal, order everyone to converge on us!” He said to a major.

“Yes!”

The counterpart took out a signal flare from his chest, aid it at a 45-degree angle toward the sky, whoosh~

Instantly, red light illuminated half the sky.

The survivors hiding inside the house also learned of this news; so couldn’t help but cry with joy.

“When can we leave, when do we get out?” soone asked Mr. Bai, pulling on his arm.

“Stay calm, stay calm. Right now the war zone is chaotic everywhere, quietly await rescue, we’ll definitely get everyone out safely.”

“You damn…” The man in the floral shirt with gold teeth cursed.

The tour guide, Yue Zhihao, gave him a shove, “Enough! If you keep cursing, I’ll beat you up. Shut your mouth, got it? Follow orders!”

The man stumbled, turned to glare at him, but seeing his tall stature, imdiately backed down, muttering obscenities under his breath.

Mr. Bai gave Yue Zhihao a grateful smile.

“Is it the xican Governnt Forces’ Special Forces that ca?” The latter asked in a lowered voice.

The counterpart hesitated, surprised by the question, then nodded, “Don’t know the exact unit, but they shouldn’t be weak; their equipnt is very advanced.”

Yue Zhihao nodded, turned back to his clients with a smile, “Relax, we’ve survived.”

anwhile, at the National Palace.

Victor received a thank-you call from the embassy.

The other party kept expressing gratitude over the phone and said they would send a national gift to him.

“We’re all brothers, this is our duty. If the xicans were in danger, you’d help too, right?”

“Of course, we’re deeply affectionate brothers!”

Victor chuckled at his acknowledgnt, his fingers gently tapping on the table, “Does the younger brother have any thoughts on inviting the older brother to station troops in San Diego?”

?????

“I…I don’t understand what it ans.”

“xico is allowed to establish a buffer zone in the United States, dispatch troops there. Do you have any thoughts? I can permit you 30 n, but they have to wear our uniforms.”

Whoa!

Station troops on U.S. land?

Although wearing soone else’s uniform, many actions can be undertaken.

“I will report it upwards.”

Victor knew the counterpart couldn’t decide on their own, nodded.

“Of course, I will await your good news.”

He intended to bind more tightly with them!
