These guys, on one hand, everywhere defending against the Star Alliance people, on the other hand, want others to fight for them without reservation.
Where in the world is there such a good thing?
If it weren’t for the Abnormality Departnt helping to speak on their behalf, I’m afraid people wouldn’t even be willing to pay attention to them.
Now, this group of guys is still dreaming of getting more intelligence and resources.
It’s simply daydreaming!
I really don’t know how these brainless fools beca the advisors of the Third Legion.
The Cabinet is the sa.
The situation here is so critical, and yet the Alien Species intelligence sharing plan is still not signed.
It’s simply joking with the lives of these warriors.
At a certain mont, Dylan even thought of just quitting, and whoever loves being this thankless commander can take the job.
"Shut up! No matter how much you say here, it’s useless! Whether the Star Alliance people help us or not is not sothing we can decide!"
Finally, Dylan couldn’t bear these guys’ noise anymore, slamd the table hard, stood up, and scolded:
"Instead of wasting ti here running your mouths, you might as well think carefully about how to speed up the signing of the Alien Species information-sharing plan!"
After saying this, he sat back down, giving himself a big ntal thumbs up for his performance.
Refreshing!
He wanted to lash out at this group of fools a long ti ago.
Just now, he finally found the opportunity to vent his inner frustration, feeling the whole world beca a bit brighter.
The strategists in the coordinating room were looking at Dylan in shock at that mont.
They did not react for a while, surprised that the commander temporarily promoted by a general acted so uncommonly tough.
They were all veterans of the Third Legion.
To this commander temporarily transferred from elsewhere, they held so dissatisfaction.
Moreover, he was not a top military academy graduate.
He was rely a special operations commander with only combat skills, and they looked down on him.
But military discipline was strict, so they naturally couldn’t openly show it.
However, private sarcastic remarks and taunts couldn’t be avoided.
Just like the argunt in the coordinating room earlier.
If it were Valdis here, who would dare act so presumptuous?
But now it seems, this Dylan has grown arrogant.
Could it be that he thinks that by relying on so acquaintance with that Star Alliance Controller, he has secured a temporary command position and can do whatever he wants?
Just as they were planning to teach this reckless man a lesson, the door to the room was suddenly pushed open from outside, and a young officer ran in, full of joy.
"Commander, I just received a ssage from the Cabinet, it was sent by General Valdis himself!"
As he said this, he looked around, seeing everyone staring at him, he paused slightly before continuing:
"General Valdis said the Cabinet has just voted to pass the Alien Species information-sharing plan, and it will soon be signed with the Star Alliance!"
Upon hearing these words, everyone was shocked and then showed joy.
The advisors, although they didn’t like Dylan as the commander, had to agree with what he said.
He wasn’t wrong.
It was unlikely they could get sothing for nothing from the Star Alliance, and they had already been more than considerate in helping them up to now.
Although they were making further excessive demands verbally, they understood internally.
The Star Alliance people essentially had no obligation to help them and could leave at any mont without considering them.
Of course, the happiest person was still Dylan.
He was worried about how to speak to his forr instructor, but now, with the accurate information from the Cabinet, the other party shouldn’t just leave them to fend for themselves.
"By the way, did General Valdis ntion when the agreent is going to be signed?"
Dylan looked at the officer eagerly.
The young officer nodded and said:
"I was about to tell you, Commander. General Valdis said the signing of the agreent will involve all the forces on this list, and it’s scheduled for next month. He will personally inform you of the specific news when the ti cos."
He said that as he handed over a docunt from his chest to Dylan.
The latter took it, glanced over, and saw a string of familiar nas, probably numbering no less than twenty in total.
"This is only the core list of the first batch to sign. Other forces will join in later, though they are still observing at the mont. They might decide only after things settle here."
The young officer shared so of his speculations, leading the surrounding few to nod along.
"Alright, since our Cabinet has agreed to the sharing plan, we can say we’re thoroughly on the sa front with the Star Alliance, making so things easier to discuss. I believe they won’t stand idly by."
Dylan concluded the eting.
Actually, the result was quite simple.
They couldn’t retreat now; as for what to do, that depended on the Star Alliance.
Previously, he hesitated to ask them, because they weren’t united.
Now they were about to sign the sharing plan, making them allies, right? Surely they couldn’t hold back, ignoring him in tis of crisis.
Dylan’s mood finally improved a bit, not as irritable as the previous days.
Incidentally, encountering that Black Mountain Goat monster was quite a good opportunity.
Otherwise, considering the Cabinet’s nature, it was unlikely they would have swiftly signed the agreent.
"Go, help inform the teacher, I need to see him imdiately!"
Dylan said eagerly.
...
Half an hour later, within the Third Legion’s camp.
Inside a rather exquisite wooden cabin, Dylan sat respectfully at a small square table, sipping tea while waiting for his teacher’s arrival.
This was the temporary reception place for the Star Alliance people established by the Third Legion.
Though the exterior was a wooden attic without much decoration, it was far more upscale than the simple tents where the warriors lived.
Even though such wooden cabins had been dismantled and rebuilt many tis, Dylan would always ask the Star Alliance people to provide a comfortable place to stay.
After all, they ca to help, and the reception must show so appreciation.
Considering the situation in Australia, the Star Alliance had gradually dispatched ten Transcendents to station here.
This included the instructor leading the team, Controller Jannan Vasikar.
"Teacher, you’ve arrived."
Seeing the arrival, Dylan imdiately stood up from his seat, extending his hand to shake the other’s.
In his current position, he shouldn’t have been so respectful.
But Jannan had once been his instructor, so calling him teacher wasn’t out of place, especially since he needed sothing from him. Such a display was not unreasonable.
In the room, there were three figures dressed in green; the middle one was Jannan.
Seeing Dylan getting close by calling "Teacher, teacher," Jannan said nothing.
He smiled warmly, showing no trace of an instructor’s authority, just like in the Star Alliance.
But those who knew him understood this was rely a habitual surface-level disguise.
Compared to Lord Bear, Instructor Jannan was genuinely strict.
"Haha, Blanco, I know what you want to discuss. The organization has already notified that your Cabinet has finally agreed to sign the sharing plan. That’s undoubtedly good news."
After they sat down, Jannan directly got to the point.
"Based on this, I can reveal so information to you in advance. Now, I have two pieces of news for you, do you want the good news or the bad news first?"
