Wu dong Qian Kun: I, Lin Langtian, Refuse to be a Supporting Character Chapter 79: The Crimson Flame Roaring Sky Spear
As Lin Langtian single-handedly shattered the ancient tomb's seal, both Wang Yan and Qin Shi watched him with visible astonishnt. Even Ling Qingzhu allowed her clear eyes to linger on Lin Langtian for a mont longer than usual. The seal of a Nirvana Realm expert was no ordinary obstacle—only a handful could break through it so effortlessly.
"Impressive, Brother Langtian. It seems you've recently improved once again," Qin Shi said, a thoughtful gleam in his eye.
"It was only by chance that my abilities happened to counter this particular seal," Lin Langtian replied coolly.
As soon as he spoke, the already fractured seal finally shattered with a resounding bang, sending a powerful shockwave surging through the air like a gale.
"Move!" Without a mont's hesitation, the four figures darted forward, their bodies becoming streaks of light as they sped toward the mountain peak.
"Quick! The seal is broken—charge!" The crowd below erupted in excitent as waves of Yuan Power surged, and figures transford into beams of light, racing toward the top. The sounds of wind slicing across the sky filled the mountainside as the scene turned into a frenzied dash.
"Let's go too!" Seeing the wave of people, Lin Ke'er and the others grew restless. After glancing at the Wang Clan mbers who had already taken off, they hurriedly followed suit.
Lin Dong gave a quick nod, casting a fleeting glance at Ling Qingzhu before mounting Little Fla and charging up toward the mountain peak.
At the summit, concealed among dense greenery, a massive stone gate ca into view before the four leaders. Without hesitation, Lin Langtian leaped forward and entered.
As he crossed the threshold, a suffocating pressure engulfed him. Although the Nirvana Realm expert who built this place had long since passed, his residual aura lingered, heavy enough to disrupt the flow of Yuan Power within Lin Langtian's body. Focusing, Lin Langtian released a surge of black fla from within, effortlessly dispelling the oppressive energy.
"Oh, it looks like there are multiple passages. To avoid conflicts, we'd be better off taking separate routes," Qin Shi suggested.
Following his gaze, Lin Langtian noticed that the massive hall split into a dozen paths leading deeper into the tomb.
"I'll take the first passage!" Wang Yan shouted, springing forward toward the first corridor.
"Then I'll take the third," Qin Shi said with a smile before disappearing down his chosen path.
"And you, Lin Langtian?" Ling Qingzhu asked, her gaze resting on him.
"Ti is short, so any path will do." Lin Langtian replied with a faint smile, and in the next instant, he was a blur of blue as he sped into the eighth corridor on the left.
"The eighth one, is it…" Ling Qingzhu's eyebrows arched slightly as she observed the passage he'd chosen. Sensing nothing unusual, she shifted her attention to the fifth corridor and, with a thought, her azure lotus transported her gently in that direction.
As each of the four advanced into their respective corridors, Lin Langtian ventured deeper. On either side of the path, various stone rooms ca into view, though he paid them no mind. The early rooms likely contained only basic items like Yuan Pills or low-grade spirit treasures, of little interest to him.
"At the end of this corridor, I sense a faint energy pulse. Let's hope it leads to sothing worthwhile," he murmured to himself. Although he hadn't randomly chosen this path, he had detected a subtle pull, an indication of sothing valuable further ahead.
After a few monts of rapid strides, Lin Langtian looked up to find a stone door at the end of the corridor. As he drew closer, he noticed it wasn't an ordinary stone door—it was crafted from a unique, high-quality cold jade. Such an elaborate entrance suggested that whatever lay beyond was sothing the Nirvana Realm expert valued highly, certainly more than the items in the ordinary rooms he had passed.
"Oh, there's a seal on this jade door too," he muttered, spotting faint runic symbols across its surface.
"No matter," he said to himself, deciding to deal with it directly. Though the seal appeared formidable, years of disuse had weakened it, and Lin Langtian's strength was now more than sufficient to break through.
Channeling his intent, a wave of black fla leapt from his hand and adhered to the jade door.
Hiss!
The flas' potency was evident as the door's seal quivered upon contact. Monts later, with a crack, the seal shattered.
Boom!
As the runes split, the stone door swung open, and Lin Langtian eagerly slipped through.
Inside, he found a sizable stone chamber. Suspended midair were dozens of light orbs, each containing a different shape that glowed through the faint light. He could make out forms resembling blades, arrows, shields, and armor.
"Oh, they're all high-grade spirit treasures," Lin Langtian remarked, raising an eyebrow. A small chamber holding over a dozen high-grade treasures was certainly impressive.
As he observed, Lin Langtian felt a stronger presence emanating from one of the objects. His gaze shifted upward, locking onto a particularly brilliant orb that seed to command the presence of all the others, as if it were the ruler among the weapons.
The radiant aura that pulsed from it was potent enough to be among the top three treasures in the Lin Clan's entire vault.
"A spirit treasure of Earth rank," Lin Langtian's heart skipped a beat as his eyes filled with excitent.
The item within the orb was a magnificent spear, burning with a fiery aura that set it apart. It was a deep crimson, its body perfectly straight as if forged from flas themselves, radiating a powerful, violent energy. The spearhead, as sharp as a dragon's tooth, glead with a deadly light.
Along the spear's shaft, flas continuously rippled and coiled, resembling a roaring fire dragon, fierce and captivating.
Overco with desire, Lin Langtian leaped forward, extending both hands through the fire to grip the spear firmly.
Buzz!
The instant his hands closed around it, the spear seed to resist, thrumming with energy like an unbroken stallion, trembling against his grasp.
"Submit to and serve at my side; it's your privilege," Lin Langtian commanded with a cold snort. Black flas erupted from his body, enveloping the spear and quelling its fiery resistance.
Under the suppressive might of the black flas, the spear gradually stilled, and its rebellious energy faded, leaving it to rest docilely in Lin Langtian's hands like a tad beast.
Satisfied, Lin Langtian smiled and pressed a drop of his own blood onto the spear. His spiritual energy surged, wrapping around the blood as it rged into the weapon.
The mont he claid ownership, information about the weapon poured into his mind.
"Earth-rank spirit treasure… the Crimson Fla Roaring Sky Spear!"
