Ti went by too quickly. After a few days of relaxing, it was ti to go back to work. Stuart knew what Edie would say if he asked her if he could take her back to work. So, he arranged for the driver to take her.
As soon as she arrived, she noticed that everyone’s attitude towards her was sowhat different.
Everyone involved with the film was not allowed to talk about what happened. The movie with such a substantial investnt was suddenly stopped for half a month; everyone was curious and could not help but ask why and rumors were spread all over the place.
The fact that Zoe Anna was fired was breaking news, too. There were a lot of people in the crew, and so gossip was spread. So people knew that Zoe was replaced because she had offended Edie.
They later found out that the film stopped production because Edie was hurt. Everyone rembered how Zoe treated Edie and not to ntion many other people as well, so it wasn’t hard for them to accept that Zoe was now gone.
As for Edie, they now respected her. Zoe was a ten-year actress in the industry, and she was changed halfway through the shooting, what wealthy supporter did Edie have? People are snobbish, especially in the entertainnt industry.
If soone had a small supporter, others might still talk about you behind your back, but as long as your supporter was powerful enough, then everyone would want to get closer to you. Therefore, it was hard to say whether it was a good thing or a bad thing. All the staff and the crew’s attitude towards Edie beca nicer.
Edie was walking in with Rhoda and many of the staff mbers imdiately greeted her and said hello.
